Every month, I randomly start feeling really tired and sick and just ugh for a few days and it's distresing

But then 2-3 days later

And I remember

Period.

It hit me hard today. I spent most of the day laying down feeling sick to my stomach. I had to force a meal bar down at one point and that was suuch a bad idea
