IT’S BEEN FOURTEEN YEARS SINCE OCTOBER , 1996 . he’d been sentenced to life in prison — no parole . thankfully , though , all the commotion had dragged his mother out of hiding right back to woodsboro . she’d fought tooth & nail for her little boy’s freedom . a mother’s love & determination plus over a decade’s worth of studying woodsboro’s finest suckers was a simple equation adding up to his release ; he’d claimed his young , tarnished mind had been tainted by his loss , MANGLED by bloody flicks . therapy bored him out of his skull , but it had made all the difference . . . or so they thought .
what’s the very first thing he catches word of upon release ? ? out of darkness by none other than sidney prescott . his own shiny , new copy in hand , billy approaches where she’s seated like a QUEEN ON A THRONE . the sight causes fingers to twitch as he sets novel down before its author .

𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐁𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄. telling the impossible tale of what had happened to her in 1996 && even afterward , but not only of herself. sidney felt some shame in earning money from a story that included others , && she’d done her best to include them a way that was respectful && even paid 𝚃𝚁𝙸𝙱𝚄𝚃𝙴 to those who died . . given they deserved it. those still alive to have been cast in the light of villainy , billy for example. one of the only if she remembers? , weren’t given such a courtesy . . that she doesn’t feel sorry for ! billy deserved no praise , neither did stu , her half brother , or mrs. loomis && they’d get none from her or any of the millions who’ve happened to have read her novel. ; another smile is shown to one of her fans , book opened where pen can scribble her signature as it’s closed && handed back. ❝ thank you for coming. enjoy. ❞ is said as it has been on repeat with little changed from person to person. sidney means it , but her mantra becomes repetitive after years of doing it. she wasn’t paying much attention as the next comes toward her , book laid down as voice rings out && at first sidney isn’t sure she’s hearing right. head rises , eyes lock onto his , && the blood in her veins runs 𝖈𝖔𝖑𝖉𝖊𝖗 than any snowstorm or antarctic winter. her chest tightens , her hands become clammy , && she can feel herself beginning to panic. ( memories of that night , of his lies to her , flash before open eyes. her feelings , the things she had to do to 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞━ ) jaw clenches , ❝ what the hell are you doing here? ❞ she demands trying not to give herself away , ❝ shouldn’t you be rotting in a cell somewhere? ❞ eyes narrow.

LAYER 001 : THE OUTSIDE.
NAME : eveline aurora blake
EYE COLOUR : bright blue.
HAIR STYLE / COLOUR : long , dark brown curls. usually braided in some fashion. if not then her hair is down and unstyled..
HEIGHT : 5 ′ 3.
CLOTHING STYLE : whatever she finds. she has somewhat of a specific outfit when she was inside the bunker , something that almost mirrored octavia’s , but not exactly. Once outside of the bunker, and inside, she usually wears a loose t-shirt , jeans, ankle/knee high boots and a leather jacket/a repurposed version of bellamy’s skaikru jacket found when she was younger. (as well as a holster for a gun on thigh , a knife holder on her belt, and a holder for her sword on her back)
BEST PHYSICAL FEATURE : the dimples in her cheeks when she smiles at someone she cares about , her blue eyes , her freckles.
LAYER 002 : THE INSIDE.
FEARS : losing the people she loves / letting them down.
GUILTY PLEASURE : drawing. (usually she draws people , but once she’s outside of the bunker before everyone happens she takes to drawing what’s left of the ruins and their world)
BIGGEST PET PEEVE : people not believing her to be capable of taking care of herself / people assuming she’s exactly like octavia because of the person they see when opening the bunker.
AMBITIONS FOR THE FUTURE : find a way to have peace for a better life for everyone. to have everyone she always wanted in terms of family and to keep them safe. .
LAYER 003 : THOUGHTS.
FIRST THOUGHTS WAKING UP : i miss them/are they alive/do they think of me? (inside the bunker, they= bellamy & clarke) / how are we going to keep everyone safe? (outside bunker)
WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT MOST : how to keep her people and her loved ones safe.
WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT BEFORE BED : what will i have to fight for tomorrow/is octavia going to be alright?
WHAT THEY THINK THEIR BEST QUALITY IS : her dedication/protectiveness , being able to fight , and her ability to want to do whatever she has to for the people she loves
LAYER 004 : WHAT’S BETTER ?
SINGLE OR GROUP DATES : single.
TO BE LOVED OR RESPECTED : to be loved. she’s spent so much of her life wondering to herself if she’ll ever be able to be loved by someone who isn’t octavia. if her parents will love her when they open the bunker and see how octavia’s chosen to raise her or if she’ll be rejected for something that , ultimately , wasn’t her choice. she just wants to be loved for who she is.
BEAUTY OR BRAINS : brains !
DOGS OR CATS : she doesn’t have anything against cats , but dogs 100%
LAYER 005 : DO THEY…
LIE : she’d rather be truthful if you’ll like it or not , if it’ll hurt your feelings or not. she’s very straightforward and blunt in that regard , but she’ll lie if its necessary and esp if it protects someone she loves.
BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES : she believes in herself to an extent , it also depends on the task. personally? not so much. eveline can tend to have somewhat of a low/bad self view.
BELIEVE IN LOVE : somewhat. she wants to be loved , to love others. but , again , her low/bad self view always makes her question if she’s lovable.
WANT SOMEONE : depends on the person. she doesn’t open up easily , it’s gradual and at any moment she can close up on you.
LAYER 006 : HAVE THEY EVER…
BEEN ON STAGE : no
DONE DRUGS : eveline does , in modern settings , drink alcohol and smoke a lil bit of weed but never excessive unless she’s like having a really bad time.
CHANGED WHO THEY WERE TO FIT IN : god so much at times , of course it’s more situation dependent. eveline does her absolute best to always be herself , but being herself isn’t the best thing sometimes so she changes herself to fit in. in modern she often changes the way she acts around other people when she wants to be liked , accepted , or feels pressured to be a specific way around x group of people. in canon she’s more likely to change how she acts especially around bellamy and clarke in the beginning before she saw it’d just be better to be her--- she wanted to be some semblance of who they might’ve thought her to be. what they imagined her to be , but being in genuine to who she was chipped away and it was far too emotionally taxing to pretend. she is who she is and if that’s what you imagined then get over it and see her for who she is.
LAYER 007 : FAVOURITES.
FAVOURITE COLOURS : forest greens , crimson red , purples , blues..
FAVOURITE ANIMAL : dogs

FAVOURITE GAME : lilly pads (a game that octavia showed her from her childhood via bellamy)

DAY THEIR NEXT BIRTHDAY WILL BE : october 31st **.
HOW OLD WILL THEY BE : she’ll be 25 years old according to non canon divergent verses. in verses were earth was never destroyed she’ll be 19 years old. in modern it varies depending on the placement. and baby eveline who follows the six year time jump in s5 will be 7-8 years old.
LAYER 010 : FINISH THE SENTENCE.

I FEEL : afraid/unsure of what lies ahead.

rey , when in her empress verse , has a difficult existence with what she wants as empress. she wants power , she wants to be the empress to the entire galaxy , but deep down . . she wants to be loved (something she wasn’t shown much until she was older) by those who matters (not necessary common people/subjects). at the same time. not to needlessly slaughter , but to give a choice && leave it in the hands of her subjects that make that choice for themselves---bend the knee or die , it’s your choice. a harsh one , but a choice nonetheless. palpatine wouldn’t have given them that much , or many on the dark side though it varies from person to person , she can safely assume. in this , she feels some what superior to her grandfather even if she knows it’s harsh && cruel. the decision to become empress , to kill her grandfather && take the power of the sith , was one rooted in the person she was. she didn’t do it for vanity , she didn’t do it because she wanted to be powerful . . she just wanted to save her friends , her family , the resistance she believed so much in. some of that still lingers in her tissues even after absorbing the sith power && becoming empress---it causes a great conflict inside rey. she can’t go back to who she was , what she believed in , && some part of her doesn’t want too . . but a part of her aches on the inside whenever destroying resistance bases. ( feared , respected , but loved. if only it were that easy. )
