“I can never read all the books I want; I can never be all the people I want and live all the lives I want. I can never train myself in all the skills I want. And why do I want? I want to live and feel all the shades, tones and variations of mental and physical experience possible in life. And I am horribly limited.”

Okay, I’m taking a break from regency romance novels for a while. I’m sick of reading about heroines who don’t know the first thing about their own bodies and need a big, strong man to show them. *sigh*
I’m currently reading some MC/ Biker stories, but I think I’m going to finish it pretty quickly. Anyone have good recommendations for contemporary romance?
Victoria Dahl, Lauren Layne, Jenny Crusie. All great, all write wonderful strong heroines
