Ya know thinking about the hitchhikers from both the original and the remake of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre because people have been talking about which one is more unsettling.
Obviously the remake.
Because if I picked up a hitchhiker and she pulled a gun out of her snatch that’s unsettling regardless of whether she was gonna shoot herself or not.
The old saying is don’t bring a knife to a gunfight.
Plus the trauma of witnessing someone blow their brains out right in front of you?? Hell no.
Like the original hitchhiker is unsettling. Imma be pissed if my friends pick him up, but all he did was cut my brother. I’d maybe even thank him cause he don’t stfu.
Hell, if we minded our business and lived, it’d probably become a hilarious story for years.
Traumatizing for my brother, but funny.
