My job training supervisor embarrassed me, put me on the spot in front of my entire class today, and said I don't speak up for myself, and I'd get "shit" assignments when I start. He was taking his frustration out on me because there aren't enough instructors for the class, and there was a line for one on one demonstration, and he was guilty because I was going last. Of course, I'm quiet and I've got anxiety and I'm not always going to be the first to jump to the front of the line when other people are being impatient and rude. I don't think my personality has anything to do with it. He's just uncomfortable dealing with someone with my personality and just does what most people do and lash out.
