Is Voltron finished? Should be yes after the bullshit I just saw. I stopped ages ago but I just went on the lotura tag because I love them and been seeing stuff since coming back on tumblr and omfg it hurts like a bitch, I did not think they were going to kill Lotor and Allura off like WTF!!! I don't understand, like why bish why!!!! 😡 (I was thinking of watching it so I can get why they both got killed off but no, thank you. I'll just be mad throughout the whole thing.)

Since the "leaks" seem to be taken down by trademarks infrigments and some of the same pictures are posted with different marks, we can infer they're fake, right?

As we said several days ago, there’s a lot of debate and discussion around the leaked images, and we have no way to verify it, but we do think they’re legitimate. I personally received a DMCA notice from NBCUniversal (who owns Dreamworks), which lends further credence to their authenticity, in my opinion.

To be frank, I’ve read every “debunking” post I’ve seen, and thus far none of them have convinced me the leaks are fake. A lot of them rely heavily on animation inconsistencies (as if Voltron has never had those before) or comparisons to the leaked image posted by Ezor’s VA last year, which was from a completely different stage of production (original voice recording versus dubbing).

 As someone who researches and fact checks for a living and who has a strong track record of judging whether or not Voltron spoilers are legit, I say it’s 99% likely they’re real. Though obviously different people will have different opinions. We’re not interested in debating or discussing it any further, at least at this time.

i love lotor to death, (i’d never put him in the same box as his crazy ass parents) but to think that he hasn’t done anything remotely suspicious or unethical during his 10k years and then in the same breath calling allura a horrible person for not trusting him when he did not deny the accusations against him (yes it was done for storytelling purposes, but thats not the point) and saying that she has no right to be ‘racist’ against the galra is fucking weird and inaccurate lol. if you’re the kind of person saying ‘allura is racist’ then you need to check yourself and mayhaps consult a dictionary lol because i can promise you the word with that context does not mean what you think it means. allura cant be racist because the alteans have never oppressed the galra and eradicated them just for existing. the galra who allura is wary of have oppressed her personally and have destroyed her people based on her race. her hating the galra does not make her racist—if anything—it makes her prejudiced. im not even going to get into the whole shitty writing mechanics of how they decided to make the only black/brown woman with this ‘prejudiced against another race’ storyline (yes, allura has brown skin and is representation for most of us. as the VA, Kimberly Brooks, as a black woman, has also said. so i dont wanna hear anyone giving me the ‘shes an alien though’ bs in the comments)
