So I’m sharing this for anyone who’s getting bored of the game
Gameplay ideas :
Each color represents a different gang in the neighborhood.
Every squad has its own style, territory, reputation, and enemies.
Have fun creating your own stories depending on the squad you choose!
-Start fights between rival gangs
-Have a forbidden love story with a rival gang (and why not a hidden baby?)
-A member of your family or you betray your squad to join another
-Family rivalry that has lasted for several generations
-Be everyone’s friend and establish peace between the gangs
-Just live your life as you want and see how families are evolving with the story progression mod
TIP: Set up all the households in the town you chose beforehand (even the friendships between them using testingcheatsenabled to make it faster) for the perfect start !
Save it and go back to the main menu -> COPY YOUR SAVE! So you can enjoy it again and again with different squads and gameplay

First thing to note that this is a save file not a world, and it was built on the base of @grandelama's gorgeous Hidden Springs Retextured, so you will need that world installed for it to work
Once you’ve downloaded my zip file open it up, take out the folder, and pop it into your Sims 3 -> Saves folder, and then when you start a new world I recommend making a ‘copy’ of the save folder, so you’ve got the unplayed world backed up in your saves for future use if needed

What I’ve Changed:
Pretty much all community lots have been given medium-major makeovers
Way more TREES everywhere
Random sim inconsistencies have been fixed, eg: Carl Abbott & Bert Alto now have corrected career histories
Better looking (non-randomized) outerwear outfits for all residents & townies 🙂 - no CC was used on these
Residential lots have had minor tweaks where I felt necessary (mainly the roofing & window placement which was pretty whack on a few lots)
The Vanderburg Palace has had the most major exterior renovation, and it looks like a castle now
A few brand new lots have been popped into town - most made by me but a couple of them are from others, and they are labelled with their original creators in the lot descriptions (and credited down below as well)
Some of the community lots will change decorations automatically depending on the season, particularly in autumn & winter
More spawners on some of the community lots including those for rarer bugs & gems
Sims gender preferences have all been set to 0 using NRAAS MasterController
What’s the same:
Sims haven’t been made over, ASIDE from their outerwear as mentioned
Residential lot interiors are basically untouched
Things to Note:
The CASTable rabbithole replacements I used do tend to glitch colours for a moment when in map mode / zoomed out from the lot
This world has a large volume of objects (particularly trees) and may not run great on lower-performance machines

💗I made this mod so that certain careers in The Sims 3 actually carry real risk. Cops can die in the line of duty, criminals can get taken out on the job, firefighters can lose their lives, and military Sims can be randomly deployed for several days with a risky chance of death while deployed.
💗This mod runs completely in the background. Your Sims just go to work like normal and the mod decides who’s coming back, who’s getting deployed, and who’s not making it home.
💗Examples of how you guys could use it:
✨Play a legacy where certain generations are shaped by a tragic on-the-job death.
✨Have a Criminal Sim disappear after a big score goes wrong.
✨Roleplay a Military family where mom or dad is suddenly deployed for 4–12 days, and everyone waits to see if they survive.
💗Core Features:
💗High-Risk Career Fatalities (Background Only)
• Law Enforcement – When a cop Sim goes to work, there’s a tunable chance they’ll be killed “in the line of duty.”
• Criminal – Criminal career Sims can be killed during dangerous jobs, with a custom notification explaining what happened.
• Firefighter – Firefighters risk dying while responding to emergencies.
• All career deaths use a tunable death type (kDeathType, default Electrocution)
💗Military Deployments (Not Just Instant Death)
• Military Sims are treated differently, they don’t just drop dead at the work door.
• In the evening (roughly 6 PM–10 PM), the mod checks active-household Military Sims who are at home.
• If they pass the deployment roll (kMilitaryPercent), they’ll go on deployment for several days in the military rabbit hole instead of just living a normal routine.
• A notification announces that your Sim has been deployed on an overseas tour of duty.
💗Random Deployment Length (4–12 Days)
• Each deployment lasts a random amount of time between kDeploymentMinDays and kDeploymentMaxDays (by default, 4–12 sim days).
• The deployment length is stored per Sim, so they won’t get “stuck away forever”

This originally started as a personal edit for my own game. I wanted something that fit my screenshots and overall aesthetic a bit better than the default loading screen, so I tweaked it to match my style and just… never really planned on sharing it.
But after posting a few screenshots, a couple of people asked about the loading screen and where it was from — so I decided to clean it up properly and turn it into my own custom version instead of keeping it as a private edit.
To make it more usable for everyone, I included multiple preset options so you can choose the one that best fits your game and vibe. (1-5)

When I first started this project, I told myself I should prioritize playability over looks. But then I got into it and completely lost myself in the process — you know me: I tend to get overly meticulous and decorate everything to excess. And that’s fine when it’s just a regular build, but not when it’s an entire world this big.

Rossmere is beautiful, but I think we can all agree it’s better to have a world that may not look as stunning but runs smoothly instead.

With that in mind, I’ve made some major changes:
I removed 10 lots, which forced me to readjust some areas and sacrifice others.
I also reduced the number of trees, streetlights, and other world objects to less than half.

There’s not much I can do about the layout —after all, it’s a city— and leaving more space between lots would just look odd. But I can definitely try not to overload them as much from now on.

As for actual builds, I haven’t been able to make much progress. The only new addition in this regard is Mochahaus, as some of you might have already seen.

I have converted TS4 Businesses & Hobbies including 157 items. I took full advantage of the beloved CAST tool (Create A Style) on most objects which you can view some of the channels above. Some items like the Cubby Buddy Bookshelves have overlays so I recommend using CAST to look through some objects! I kept the pricing from TS4. Please advise me of any issues. Thank you and enjoy. 😇

I'd been using Arro's TS4-to-TS3 cursors for awhile, but now and then I kept wishing for a dark cursor scheme that matched the one I use on Windows, so I went through the cursors one by one to change them to dark versions. And then I felt like making colorful versions as well, so here we are 😁
Here you have:
1 new flat black cursor scheme that's an inverted (edited) version of Arro's;
7 new cel-shaded cursor schemes (black, green, yellow, teal, orange, pink (matches the Sakura UI), violet (matches the Wisteria UI), light blue (matches the default UI);
4 new gradient-shaded cursor schemes (blue/cyan, green/yellow, pink/purple, purple/green).
The spinning wheel cursor is not replaced.
ℹ️ You can place the .package file either in Mods \ Packages, or in Mods \ Overrides. I put it in Overrides, but it doesn't really matter.
⚠️ Use only one cursor scheme at a time! These will also conflict with UI mods that affect cursors. To use these (or any) custom cursors with existing UI edits that also modify cursors, open the UI edit in S3PE and import the cursor .package into it, with the 'Replace existing' option ticked.

A while ago i was working on a project of a bigger bridgeport that included more of country side part of the town.
It's been a while since i haven't worked on it, and i'm not planning to do so anymore, but i tought it would have been nice if i shared with you guys anyway.
The world is fully functional as it is but there are a few things unfurnished (the library and the trailer houses) and a missing nectary.
TO DO LIST:
- Renovate EA houses, especially vips ones!
- Furnish Library
- Furnish trailer houses
- Build Nectary
- Fix Mike's Cornerstore (grocery)
NO CC - UNPOPULATED
Known issues: Mike's Cornerstore (grocery) gets placed double on top of each others, just remove one.
Requirements
I did use some EP, not really sure which ones unfortunately, i also did use the "Rim Rockin’ Basketball Hoop" from the level up collection (not required of course).
