I'm so sick of You Tubers telling me how to think and feel and say the correct thing in the correct way at the correct time in the correct place within the correct galaxy presenting the right kind of cake with the correct Disney song playing in the background.

If I want to tell someone to pull their trousers up from half way down their arse because they look ridiculous I will.

5th November 2014 Don't give up, please not yet. There's so much more to you. There is no dark without light. I know you feel the light has gone and it will never come back, but it will I promise. We will help you ignite it. That smile, that laughter, those sarcastic comments and harsh truths you're not afraid to say. That cheerful voice and helpful touch. The love, the care, the pain and tiredness. Everything is you and it is your light, even the bad parts that cannot disappear. Your light is here for eternity and what makes your mark on this world. Your nothing is our everything. Please don't take it away from us, from the world. Keep it, keep it close and don't ever let it go. You have everything you could ever need and want, you have you. Don't let anything or anyone take that away. Love who you are, imperfections and all. Love what you are, how you came to be and realise why that is so unique. You do know yourself, what you can do and what you have to offer the world. So please, don't give up. We want to hear you say and believe that you will not give up.
