RTC Galentine’s Event!!

Hello Cyclonians! I'd like to invite anyone who'd like to, to join a Valentine's themed Ride the Cyclone event focused on the female characters :)

This event can include any type of media (writing, drawing, edits, etc.), and will take place from February 11th to 17th. The content can be platonic or romantic, but all work must star the female RTC members (this includes cut characters as well).

The prompts are listed below.

Please tag all submissions with "#RTC Galentines Event" and whatever prompt the submission is for!

As I promised, i was doing all the prompts of @rtc-galentines-event ‘s event.

#5 girls night:

A sleepover cuz why not, featuring Ocean, Constance and Tammy. Pls notice how Tammy’s right braid is floating in the air, that’s cuz Penny’s ghost is playing with her hair(I got lazy and decided not to draw Penny)

I honestly think Tammy’s idea of a fun hangout would be them spending the whole afternoon during Easter to confess as the good Catholic they are.

She managed to drag Constance and Astrid with her

#6 Chocolates

Made Jane’s head a chocolate (it’s pink because I was messing with colors) head and the kinda chocolate some members of the choir would like, didn’t make Constance one, cuz she’s the one giving them 🤓☝️(ik it’s about the girls but uhhh)

#7 Gift exchange

Another head canon or random take: what if, what if, all through the musical Jane doe had no head but she’s given the doll’s one after “The new birthday song” along with the hello kitty cupcake, like, here’s light from the candle to warm up a bit your cold forgotten soul, and this cool head, with no owner, and a story to tell.

RTC galentines event prompt 4: school Valentine's party !!

Okay so I got. A little carried away w this one (heck, the event is already over, I skipped day 3, and missed the last 3 😭) but after 20 hours (I don't even know why it took me so long since it's simple) it's done !!

I'm not sure about the future of this event bc I did get super caught up but hopefully I get to submit a couple more prompts (although late. Probably before the end of February though). Nonetheless it was so fun and ty for hosting it bird 💗💗

RTC Galentine's Event Day 7

"Hey, uh, Savannah."

Savannah looked up at Constance, holding a piece of cloth in her hands.

"I, uh made this for you."

"Wow, thanks Constance!"

She unfolded it to find a pinafore similar to the ones the girls wore.

"I know it's not the same color, I tried to make do with the materials I could find-"

"Constance," Said Savannah, stopping her. "It's perfect."

Constance's face burned. "R-really???"

"Yeah, I love it! I'm going to go try it on right now!"

With that, Savannah rolled behind the curtain. A few minutes later they emerged, wearing their new uniform.

"So, how do I look?"

Constance smiled. "You look beautiful."

RTC Galentine's Event Day 2

Tw: Slight mention of puke

Ocean suggested that all the girls go out and explore the fair.

Even though the fair was abandoned now, they were still able to ride the rides since they had managed to get the power working.

They each went on each other's favorite rides.

First was the Bumper Cars. Ocean was competitive as always, Savannah matched her energy, Constance unlocked some sort of hidden rage, and Jane didn't get it until towards the end.

Next was the Gravitron. Ocean almost puked afterwords, and Jane fell down face-first 2 seconds after exiting.

Next was the Carousel. After a while of being here, it had grown into Jane's favorite ride. One of the horses she had grown particularly attached to, and became known as "Jane's horse."

They couldn't do Constance's favorite ride, The Cyclone, for obvious reasons, so they decided to do her second favorite: The Ferris Wheel.

Constance sat next to Savannah, and Ocean sat next to Jane. Jane watched through the window as the fair became smaller and smaller.

"Today was nice." Said Constance, breaking the silence.

"You know... if we're going to be stuck here, I'm glad I get to be stuck here with you guys." At this, Savannah took Constance's hand, smiling at her. Ocean did the same with Jane.

They all watched as the ferris wheel sank back to the ground, around, and round, and round again.

RTC Galentine's Event Day 3

Ocean was the one who suggested doing Valentine's Mailboxes.

Jane decided to give everyone a card with a morbid fact about Valentine's Day, such as the holiday being based off a saint who was beheaded.

As Jane shifted through her own Valentine's that she received, one stood out.

It was a homemade card decorated with such perfection it looked store-bought.

Scribbled inside like the sender wanted to get it out before they backed out was a message: "Be My Valentine? - Ocean"

Jane looked over at Ocean, who was currently curled up, going red with embarrassment.

Jane stood up and waddled over to her, tapping them on the shoulder. Ocean looked up at Jane, her green eyes locking with Jane's black ones.

"I would love to."

I’ve never drawn any Savannah Potts stuff and I figured I would give my best shot to how I feel she would look. And of course I’m a big fan of spacedolls, so I gave them the final prompt!! Penny and Sav would give each other the coolest gifts!!

This has been so super fun and I’m so excited for June Doe! ❤️ Thank you so much to @tree-chime for heading this amazing event, I had the best time!!

Girls Day out: they went to the fair!

Day 3 is more of a head canon, and I can see nobody sending Ocean mail on valentines (everyone likes/tolerated her but nobody actually cares enough for sending her stuff) but Constance always does send her notes, candy and other stuff since they’re besties , and Ocean does the same for Constance. But secretly Ocean cherishes Constance’s gifts and notes

Happy Valentine's Day!!! I really love this holiday, and I know they would, too.

This is drawn partly for @rtc-galentines-event and partly for myself!!

Notes for everyone's boxes

Trishna - It's a butterfly garden!!! Hers was the first box I had planned out in my head. I'm really in love with it.

Constance - Classic mailbox with stickers and painted hearts. I really enjoyed drawing the little details. Penny got her flowers because they are each other's valentine!!

Savannah - It's a kitty!!!!! I thought there was no other way to go. It's made out of tissue boxes and toilet paper rolls, and she waits intently by the box so whenever someone drops a valentine in, she can play a meow noise on her AAC.

Astrid - Astrid has zero artistic ability. She uses a classic brown paper lunch bag with her name scribbled on in sharpie, and you know what? It works. She still gets the candy. The outcome is the same in the end.

Ocean - Ocean's box lights up!!! She is upset she didn't win the box contest </3 I had a lot of fun drawing this one, also! I knew it had to be extra.

Tammy - This one took me a little bit to work out. In my mind, it is hot pink and covered in glitter, and the hearts are bedazzled! I didn't have time to color it, but I might go back in.

Penny - I also had a hard time with this one, until I remembered her dolly, and everything clicked!!! I'm really happy with her <3 Constance got her this valentine's beanie baby because they're valentines!!

Inspired on the one req I got of Talia being besties or smt with Jane doe and I think they’d be the bestiest of besties, so this is Talia making Jane as a cookie

Oh! And Jane was doing Talia’s hair that’s why a segment is out

Wasn’t sure what to do with this one, so I thought: Penny would totally dress up her dolly in festive little dresses

RTC galentines day event day 2: girls day out !

"And then you just squeeze the tube- but not too hard!"

Constance and Jane stood in the kitchen of the old funnel cake stand, decorating cookies in the shape of hearts.

Constance's parents had left a cookie decorating kit at the entrance to the fair, nudged between all the other flowers and plushies left in memory of the six choir members who died.

Being ghosts, they didn't need to eat, but there was still an enjoyment to it.

Constance put the finishing touches on her own cookie. It had a gradient in the colors of the bi flag, decorated with intricate swirls of icing.

She peaked over to look at Jane's cookie. She had decorated one side with the lesbian flag and the other with the asexual flag, separated with a Frankenstein stitch.

"Odd but... Cute!" Constance said, smiling at her.

"Did you know you can actually die from a broken heart?" Said Jane. Constance nodded along. Just moments ago Jane had commented about the inaccuracy of the cookie shape.

"Here, we should take a picture." Constance huddled close to Jane, holding her cookie up after guiding Jane into doing the same. She quickly snapped a photo, and showed it to Jane.

In it Constance smiled next to Jane's forever neutral expression. Constance looked up at that same face peering over her shoulder. Yet despite not being able to smile, she could feel her happiness radiating through the porcelain.

"Thank you."
