Sometimes being angelkin is finding a really good blog and spam reblog/liking it so just ignore me if i do this to you
Okay. So I didn’t want to make this post
I’ve been debating it in my head for the past couple weeks but I think it’s important. I went onto YouTube and searched ‘otherkin’ up, I’ve never actually done this before and I was horrified by the amount of hate towards the community.
I actually deleted everything that could be considered ‘otherkin’ from this tumblr and edited my posts because I don’t like confrontation and I don’t want to be bullied. I realise now, however, that doing so was only giving the bullies more power.
I love being Angelkin, even though I denied it before, I understand it now and I, not enjoy, but I’m happy just being me. Why should I apologise for being my most authentic self?
So from now on this is where I can be...me, the me who society would reject because I’m ‘cringey’ and ‘weird’
Another thing I know in this life I am human, oh, and before you start saying I’m ‘elevating myself to The Divine’ I’m not, I acknowledge that I am human, I just happen to have the soul of an Angel is all. I know that in this life I am not divine.

some angels fell in a great display of burning flames and bursting light
some angels defiantly leaped from heaven, smiling the whole way down
some angels lightly drifted away as the sun rose
and some angels faded from home, graceful as a mist
