Megaman Zero: Vileās Incident: Eden dome, its sin and rebirth

ā Ā Family
"Family? Family means nothing to me, humans are nothing but pigs that need to be lead to slaughter"
Most of Weil's family was killed during the Maverick Wars, before he got to really know any of them, but it is very likely that he would not of known his immediate family anyways due to having been a child that was genetically modified from birth to have a heightened intelligence.
The only thing in this world that he even remotely considers family would be Omega.
⦠ Traveling Ā
"Where is there to travel in this desolate world, there is nothing left out there"
Ever since the end of the Elf Wars and his destroying most of the world's natural beauty he does not feel the need to really travel since all of what you would see is nothing but ruins and wastelands.
ā¾ Ā Ā Sleeping
"Sleep? I no longer have need of sleep, ever since my body was changed to this machine I no longer have need of sleep, it is a pointless and meaningless thing to me and is a weakness of the humans and reploids that still require it"
Ever since his body was changed into that of a cyborg he hasn't slept in a very long time, which attributes very heavily to his insanity. But he doesn't seem very bothered by not sleeping as being awake indefinitely has given him more time to be able to plot and plan his revenge on those who banished him from Neo Arcadia.

āI donāt owe you anything, monster.ā
She glared at the ancient man, fists clenched. She wouldnāt show weakness, not here.
āGo awayā¦! Go away, do you hear me!? Thereās nothing here of value to you!ā
"Ahahaha... How brave of you to stand up against me, but how brave can you really be when you cannot hide behind that cheap copy of Zero?" Weil inquired, his voice laced with poison at the girl's comments.
"Of course, now you have drawn my curiosity... Just why would you say there is nothing of value to me here when we run into one another in neutral territory?"

look how happy ciel is to see dr. weil
āWell now... This is a surprise... I certainly wasnāt expecting this" Weil spoke with disdain at having encountered one of his nemisis'.
"To what do I owe the displeasure of this encounter child?" Weil asked, retaining a calm demeanor despite the bubbling rage that was building up deep within what remained of his cybernetic body.

Sorta want some more people~
I will reset the world. Join us. We will wipe those worthless pests off the face of the universe. Join us Weil. And you shall have control over all( only under me)! Join us!
āAh, Omega it is good to see you alive and well, now, go, find the dark elf and we shall initial project elpizo as planned, none shall ever defy us againā Weil spoke in response upon being approached by the devil reploid.
Damn u you asshole old man coz u built that f$&@ing satellite and tried to destroy nature and ur satellite killed millions of the innocent and when Zero came to kick ur ass u turned into an ugly piece of crap and got defeated and blew Zero in to a million shards and he's gonna be in hospital for a decade for this. You suck a lot Weil, you are THE BIGGEST SUCKER IN HUMANITY AND U HAD NO LEGS F$CK U
Weil simply looked at the greyfaced person a look of boredom on his face āAre you almost done? Good now go away I have despair I must bring to everyoneā

Xās expression remained firm, still staring down the wannabe tyrant.
He was certainly trying to get under his skin and reveal things that were⦠Unwise to do.
"The elf wars were your own doing. The death and devastation wrought was because of you and your miserable dog." X focused, keeping the truth in front of him.
"The bloodshed, all of it senseless, lies on your own head. Youāre a convicted criminal for a reason Wiel.ā He had no reason to further justify that.
It was a simple truth, and all the suffering of the past hundred years tied back to this⦠No, he was no man. But, neither was he a machine. Of course, he didnāt bother to mention that heād ensured that a copy of Wielās records, of the things he did had been secured in a library, as well as the heart of Neo Arcadia itself. Should he rise up again, the knowledge to stop him would still be there to access.
Wielās threat made X merely roll his eyes.
"In the unlikely event you could actually succeed it wouldnāt do you a bit of good. Too many events have been put into place for you to stop now."
Rising a few feet upward from his relatively low position near the ground, X would have raised an eyebrow (if his helmet wouldnāt have concealed it that was).
"Quite the opposite. It was so absurd that there was no reason for me to bother answering it. If you somehow think Zero wouldnāt be able to stop you on his own without help, then youāre simply delusional." The idea that Zero could lose against Wiel was simply idiocy at itās finest.
"Hahaha! Justified!? Don't make me laugh! I simply proved a point that letting you reploids having free will was dangerous!" Weil spat back, knowing full well that the Elf Wars was his doing "Yet I would never expect someone like you to understand" In his own delusional mind the way the reploids had retaliated and fought back was his justifiable proof that the reploids needed to be robbed of their free will, being simple machines designed to serve, just like mechaniloids.
"Heh, even with these fail safes of yours in place, how do you know they would even work" Weil asked as his lips curled into a sneer. "Without the Arcadian's great leader, who is to say I could be stopped if I tried? Certainly not that inferior green copy of you" Weil spoke trying to get X riled up, seeing as in his own rage, X seemed to slip up and revealed small details to him when he did.
"Ha, you seem to forget who was standing by your 'friend's' side" Weil retorted. "Without you how could that miserable red fake stop me?" He added on making sure to remind X that he and Zero had only won because they stood together against his greatest creation, and without each other Omega would of easily crushed them individually.
The Future Past
Harpuia winced at the heap of insults, Ā but remained rigid in his salute and standing as he took the berating with an almost eerie calm. At least, on the outside. On the inside, he was wondering if he had badly hurt the human, or had done something to warrant such wordings. It seemed, however, that his fears were unneeded, as the man soon apologized and explained his behavior as having a bad day.
Giving a curt nod to show he understood, at least the implications. āUnderstood, sirā¦.ā He said, softly, and slowly dropped his salute, instead standing firm and waiting for orders or whatever it is the human needed of him. "Yes, sir. You are correct." He then affirmed at the query of his designation, then bowed his head a little as he listened to further inquiries, waiting for them all to be done to answer them all at once. It seemed he didnāt have to wait long.
Nervously, he raised his gaze to lock with the humanās for mere moments before settling his sights back to his feet. āSir! I was submitting my report, sir!ā The reploid answered steadily, not betraying how nervous he was, not yet. āI was on my way to return to my duties.ā He paused, then considered for a few moments if he should even be asking this.
Deciding itād be best, he pressed onward. āDo you require my assistance, sir?ā
"At ease, your making everyone tense" Weil ordered rigidly as he expression seemed to grow a little annoyed at how nervous the reploid was acting, almost as if he had done something wrong or was acting out of line. And the way everyone seemed to be staring at the two only further added to Weil's annoyance. "After all, while I may hold some power within the government, I am still only a simple scientist in the employ of the government" He explained as if to try and get Harpuia to calm down.
Listening to Harpuia explain what he was doing he could still pick up more on his nervousness, which caused the young man to sigh a bit "I see, good." Was his only response to the green armored reploid, but he felt as if he needed to muster a slightly better response to him. "That's very good, I'm glad you and your siblings are able to do your tasks without hesitation and minimal failure, I'm certain that many are grateful for all the hard work you do" Weil ended as he waited for a response from Harpuia during the long pause they had within the hallway.
Finally after what felt like forever, Harpuia had spoken up again, inquiring if Weil had needed help with anything, which caused his eyebrow to rise slightly "Help? No, no... Not really, my research is progressing as it should as are the other things I'm working on" Weil spoke masking some of the truth in a small lie. With his proposal for Project Elpizo being blocked by the majority in the government again he needed to try and find more concrete prove that pushing the project proposal through and forward would be of great benefit to mankind. "But I do thank you for the offer Harpuia, its very generous of you to wish to help me, despite it being your duty"
Weil was about to dismiss Harpuia, but then a thought came to mind "Hm, I doubt there is anything I can do to help you, but I've a bit of spare time..." He began as he folded his arms across his chest "... After you've submitted your report, come by my lab, there might be something I can do for you, so take the time to think on the favor I can do for you."
"Now, I've held you long enough, take care of that report Harpuia." He finished waving his hand dismissively at Harpuia stating he could go for now. In truth though he wanted a bit more privacy to see how this one ticked, what drove him, as well as the possible chance to scan Harpuia, seeing as his structure was very close to X's, it would likely be the only and closest thing to X that he could scan for further research purposes.

Xās expression remained unchanged. Heād long since accepted that some fights were inevitable, and on the rare occasion there were a few that he wouldnāt be too keen in resolving any other way.
"Iāve already killed you once Wiel. It wouldnāt be that much of a stretch to do it again. You and Omega. At the same time.ā Of course, he left out that it had been in fact the explosion of Omega that had taken Wielās life.
Buster still aimed at Wiel, and true fury still burning in aged eyes, X continued.
"Besides, Iām already considered a maverick just from still being alive."
Yet, Wiel did speak one truth. This version hadnāt done anything to him⦠At least not yet. But, he was going to make sure that Wiel was well aware that heād not tolerate even a toe out of line.
"I highly doubt youāre innocent, but youāre right. You havenāt done anything to this world or myself⦠Yet. But know this: You step one toe out of line Iāll terminate you and Iād see it as nothing more than putting down a diseased dog. I havenāt watched over this world for five centuries for you to come around and cause it trouble.ā
"Heh... That's a good boy... You know not to harm innocents at least" Weil spat out in a rather poisonous tone. Folding his arms behind his back he wondered just how he could even begin to manipulate anyone in this world with X now deciding to possibly monitor his activities. "Haha, and your innocent as well? Who are you to pass judgement on me an otherwise innocent otherworldly visitor?"
"Well whatever, don't feel the need to answer that one, I've already paid my dues for my own crimes in my own world." He continued on putting an effective end to that previous conversation as his mind began compiling a new plan of action.
Pondering the knowledge and facts he did know about X and this world, perhaps, even if very slim, he could use this X. After all he had stated that he had been labeled as a Maverick, and was likely actively being hunted, but by whom. He needed more information, but he needed to mask his intent as simply curiosity for the time being.
"X, do tell, if you would be so kind, just why is the great hero who saved the world, now nothing more than a lowly maverick criminal now, hmm?" He inquired a hint of curiosity as he eyebrow rose a bit, to further show his curiosity at the situation of X and the state of affairs in this world.
"As far as I know, based on all you have told me, the people should be revering you as a hero." He continued as if to drill the point home that he wanted to know what was going on, almost as if he intended to try and help this world's X in possibly clearing his name with the government who ruled over this world.

The great northern forests, where he had made his home after the tragedies of all so long ago. Here he had remained in mostly isolated solitude for generations, a hermit by choice. For years his armor had withered and rusted, decayed and fell to the wayside.Ā
However, a few people changed that and revived the flickering candle of hope within his heart.Ā
His daughter, and⦠A woman that had meant a great deal to him. It was because of them that heād left the caverns, and built his daughter a home.
In turn, his life improved, his tattered and frayed armor replaced, old plates swapped out for new, dead wires pulled out and fresh ones implanted instead.
Thus, X found himself wandering the woods, his mind on the near future, and the battles that were once again raging⦠Model W huh⦠His hand clenched as he remembered seeing the ābiometalsā X and Z, and the children wielding themā¦
No child should suffer because he was unable to fight, yet these children chose to plunge themselves into bloody conflict, likely not realizing the nightmare they were descending intoā¦
At least, he tended to act quicker than they could. Theyā¦
At that, his focus, his concentration was shattered. A branch had snapped nearby, drawing his attention.
A figure, long since forgotten by this world emerged.
"Another Wiel." X said, his anger simmering under the surface.
Fire lit his eyes. This was no shattered soul. Not anymore. Not after being nearly dismantled by Omega, not after being attacked by Vile, not after finding (and losing) love. Not when there was someone so precious to him that would be looking for him should he be unable to return.
"Donāt give me any extra incentive to deal with you like I did my worldās Wiel."
Harpuia⦠Fefnir⦠Leviathan⦠They died because of Wiel and his puppet Omega. Wiel had put a failsafe into play⦠Ruining Neo Arcadia, turning it into a mere wasteland⦠It was a memory he had not forgotten, nor forgiven.
"How lovely... Yet another X..." Weil hissed lowly as he stood before a fully armored and extremely hostile version of Megaman X while exploring the rift he had come across in the hopes of gaining more resources for himself to use, as well as possibly manipulating more people to do his bidding so he wouldn't have to do any of the dirty or foot work himself.
But while he explored the area within the rift he had come across a lush green forested area, then shortly after this hostile version of X.
From how he spoke, he could only deduce that this X had killed him, or at least this world's version of himself. "Ha, and you would risk becoming a maverick X? I may be a cyborg, but I am still a human, do you really think it would be ethical to kill a human?" Weil threatened as he released the locks on his regenerative armor's capture beams should he have to defend himself from X.
But he hoped that he could use his superior intelligence to possibly talk this X down from using force to deal with him.
Something else he had taken away from the conversation was that his alternate could very well of done very horrible things to X, Weil could only imagine what had occured "And besides, how can I pay for a crime I have not committed, would you honestly kill an innocent man whom has done nothing to you or this world?" Weil asked the blue armored reploid masking his annoyance and hostility as he continued to exchange hateful glares with the reploid standing before him.
Harpuia himself walked the halls for his own reasons, having turned in his weekly report on the atmosphere status. It was one of the few times he was down on the ground, away from his duties that kept him far from any contact other than the terra-forming Mechaniloid and a voice on the other side of his communicator.
It was strange to be in a place so full of activity when he was used to the skies, which were up to his whim to manipulate for a better atmosphere, a healing one.
In fact, he was about to head to the recharge chambers before he left to continue his work again, idly wondering if heād meet any Ā of the other reploids like him there, before he almost literally bumped into one of the scientists there.
"Ah-! My apologiesā" The green-armored reploid stammered, skirting out of the path of the furious human clumsily, then standing rigid once out of his path and saluting.Ā
⦠Who was this? A quick search in his database revealed the name āDoctor Weilā. What was he doing?
Well, it was not his concern. He was a working reploid, after all, and merely waited to be dismissed.
Weil stumbled a bit after his near miss collision with the green armored reploid before him, his rage now at his breaking point Weil literally shouted at the green reploid without another thought of who it was "Watch what you are doing you worthless pile of garbage or I'll see to it that you are decommissioned before you can even say energen crystal!" Weil spat out as a blood vessel could be seen throbbing on the side of the middle aged man's head further showing his apparent indignation at what had happened to him earlier.
But after realizing whom it was that he had shouted at he recoiled slightly as his hostile expression changed from one of rage to one of a flat yet still angry expression. "... My apologies." Weil spoke as he sighed in annouance at the green reploid he immediately recognized as one of the cloned reploids of Megaman X. "I shouldn't of snapped like that, I'm just having an off day" He explained not bothering to get into detail about why he was so infuriated in the first place.
"... Your designation, it was Harpuia, wasn't it?" Weil asked flatly as he raised an eyebrow while looking the reploid over, he really did strike a very close resemblance to his original. If it wasn't for the markings and armor design Weil likely would of mistaken him as X and continued on his angry rant at the reploid.
"And what are you doing here, are you not supposed to be out preforming the job you were created for?" Weil asked as he still couldn't get over how much the reploid standing before him resembled X, but the thoughts were only starting to cause him a headache and further annoyance, simply BECAUSE Harpuia looked like X. But he pushed the thoughts to the back of his head as he intended to find out what the reploid was doing back here as well as possibly learn a bit more about the X clone.

X had dealt with many threats over the years, but few had quite the tenacity or acuity that Wiel possessed. Unfortunately, the aged āheroā was well aware that ignoring the threat that the maniac possessed would be foolhardy. But, at the same time, fearing him would be idiocy as well. After all, Wiel was powerless, and he would remain so.
"Their loyalty to a cause greater than themselves keeps their minds and hearts clear Wiel. Of course, youād never understand that since your only loyalty is to yourself." It was true too.
It was when one lost the ability to hold onto the bonds of friendship, or allegiance to what cause they had that it became all too easy to drift away from their original missions and goals. The three guardians and Zero were too loyal to the things they held dear for that to ever happen.
But as Wiel reminded X of the devastation that the dark elf had wrought, and the fear that had descended because of her, he closed his eyes for a moment, recalling all of that. The bloody elf wars⦠Omegaās final incarceration⦠The ruining of the world itselfā¦
A moment passed before his eyes opened, and he returned his focus fully on Wiel.
"Just like a century ago Wiel, there would be people to ensure that your plans would be shut down. Who strikes the finishing blow isnāt the important detail. The fact of the matter is; even should you be able to mount another war, itād fail. Just like every other wannabe tyrant thatās ever existed."
He found Wielās question about Zero so ludicrous that he didnāt even bother responding, his trust in his old partner was far too great to ever be shaken.Ā
After making his last statement to X, the silence that ensued afterwards as he could see that the elf was starting to loose his earlier vigor. At least until he spoke of loyalty.
X's continued efforts to win this mental struggle between the two of them was starting to get on his nerves "HA! You speak of loyalty to a greater cause, and yet look at how your own selfishness was what brought this world to the state that it is in today, coexistence between reploid and human! What a load of garbage! You machines are nothing but tools and should of remained as such rather that try to gain independence! And you know this to be true!" Weil spat back in rage.
Another long silence ensued between the two bitter enemies as He could tell that his comment about the devastation of the Elf Wars seemed to strike a nerve with his enemy.
"Ha, again, you speak of your friends and allies as if they have the knowledge and power to stop me, But do they really know the truth of the matter? Does anyone in this whole world remember at all?" Weil retorted confidently "If they have no clue what's coming how could they ever hope to stop me, just like a hundred years ago, you stupid machines never knew about my plans till it was almost too late, the primary difference between now and they is that you can no longer interfere in my plans as you once could you worthless pile of scrap data! I should just delete you here and now!" Weil threatened as a wicked smile could be seen forming in the corners of the aged man's face.
"Oh, whats wrong, not going to make some sort of comeback?" Weil asked in a confident and cocky tone "I guess you finally must realize, that without you around, your little red armored friend will be all but powerless before me, hm?" Weil spoke as if he was trying to further provoke X in hopes of breaking the cyber elf's spirit further to ensure that there would be absolutely no way the small elf could interfere if at all.
Reblog if you do violent roleplays.
Dr. Weil was walking the hallways of the Neo Arcadian government facility, he was grumbling to himself that his proposal was rejected once again. Sure it was overly extreme, but with all that had happened, all the devastation during the Maverick Wars. Who wouldn't want to ensure that no more wars would break out.
BUT NO. robbing the reploids of their free will, the ones who started all these wars in the name of freedom, was apparently viewed as extreme and wrong.
Although he did have some support, but X still seemed very adamant and opposed tot he idea, and he was all that stood between him and his goals of subjugating the world's reploids using the Mother Elf and the incomplete reploid weapon Omega.
It was so horribly frustrating for the middle aged scientist to constantly be shot down, but soon, soon he would show them all that Project Elpizo was needed to ensure that the peace would never be shattered by the reploids ever again.
But as he continued to rage to himself he didn't even notice that while walking down the hall that he was on a direct collision course with a certain green armored reploid.
