Strides For Change. Run It Forward exists to educate America's under-served youth on the benefits of staying physically and mentally healthy, and the impact it can have on their education. Run It Forward is a community of elite runners and everyday people who are passionate about health and fitness and well-being of kids. We organize a world-class running event to bring awareness and attention to the benefits of staying healthy. This unique running route exposes communities that might not otherwise benefit from their inspiration and untapped resources.

Run It Forward: The Southern Pursuit was an amazing journey of impact. Along the gulf, Orlando to Mexico, thousands of kids were empowered through fitness to find the best version of themselves.
