Hey! I was able to pick up a copy of 小悪魔2 at Toranoana, and as there’s been very little information going around regarding its contents, I thought I would provide.
It’s split into 4 parts this time. The first part is similar to the last book, with colored art of each room pair (plus Nio & Yuri) drawn by different artists. Kouga Yun herself drew the Yuri/Nio image, and wrote about it in the comments section on the last page: “I was happy to draw Nio, one of my favorites. I think she may have ended up wearing a rather surprising expression. (But if you really think about it, maybe it’s not all that surprising.)”
Oh, and speaking of the comments section, Minakata said she’s interested in releasing a third book! It doesn’t seem like she can make any promises at this time, but she asked for everyone’s support.
Anyway, the second part is an Isuke/Haruki story drawn by Minakata. Isuke is drinking her way through a few cans of beer when Haruki comes and scolds her for underage drinking. Isuke explains that it’s her 20th birthday; Haruki is surprised to hear that Isuke is older than her. Isuke keeps at it for a few more hours, and starts getting sulky and childish the more drunk she gets. She bemoans the fact that she’s spending her birthday at the school, when she had planned to have finished the job by then so she could celebrate it with her parents. Isuke drifts off to sleep, and dreams about herself as a child. At first it’s just her mom holding her hands, but then Haruki comes up from behind her and sweeps her up in a hug. Isuke wakes up to find Haruki’s jacket laid out over her, plus a bottle of Pocari Sweat and a note from Haruki: “Happy birthday! I’ll get you a better present another time, so just make due with this for now!” Isuke muses to herself that maybe spending her birthday with Haruki isn’t so bad after all.
The third part is another Isuke/Haruki story, this time by Morishima (artist of the Yuri Kuma manga). Isuke complains to her mom about how Haruki won’t listen to any of her advice, even after getting seriously injured. Her mom suggests that Isuke do for Haruki what he did for Isuke many years ago. Isuke thinks that’s a great idea, but Haruki would get mad if she killed her family–though Mom then corrects her, saying that’s not the part he was talking about. After that, it cuts to Isuke visting Haruki in the hospital. Isuke gives Haruki a gel manicure. At first she tells her to make sure to take them off her nails grow, but since Haruki still can’t move enough to do that herself, she says she’ll come back again another time. Isuke inwardly pouts a little, thinking about how she can’t follow her mom’s advice until Haruki hurries up and gets better. It ends with an imagined image of Isuke and Haruki hugging.
The last part is an all-cast story. The original Class Black gathers together one more time, and Nio announces that they’ll be holding a special 11th year Class Black with the old crew. However, this time, the goal isn’t to target Haru. The girls can pick out the target of their choice–and the goal is to sneak into the other person’s bed at night and spend a “morning after” with them! (So, sex. The goal is to have sex. Tokaku doesn’t get it until someone explains, though.) We then see one page of every room’s reaction (except Nio).
Tokaku decides to sleep in the same bed as Haru to protect her, but hormones kick in and she gets extremely confused about why her body feels hot and she’s breathing heavily.
Haruki says she’s going to head home as soon as she can because she has work in the morning–but will fulfill the goal with Isuke before she heads out. Isuke gets mad, telling her she’d better not just do her and then up and leave right away.
Suzu tells Kouko she’s dubious about the whole thing, as sex is something you should have because you love the other person. Kouko is moved and a little flustered by this statement, but her spirits are crushed when Suzu adds, “I’d give this advice to my granddaughter if I had one.”
Hitsugi, Chitaru assures Hitsugi that she won’t lay a finger on her–until Hitsugi presents Chitaru with her own “advance notice.”
Otoya contemplates targeting either Haru or Sumireko. Shiena says she’s relived that Otoya isn’t considering her as a potential target, which Otoya mistakes for jealousy.
Shin’ya is back out, and Sumireko says that while she has nothing against Shin’ya, her partner has to be Mahiru. Shin’ya claims that although Mahiru said she didn’t need Shin’ya anymore, she’s too embarrassed to come out. In reality, Shin’ya is just too protective to let Mahiru and Sumireko take that step forward yet.
And the story ends with Tokaku and Haru making it to the next morning with innocence intact. Haru gives Tokaku a good morning kiss on the lips, and Tokaku gets turned on again.
That’s it! The explanation got long-winded, but hopefully this has enough details to tide everyone over.
