a thought: everyone always writes or draws that wash was trapped in the medbay or trapped somewhere on the moi when it crashed, but have you considered that maybe wash actually dragged himself out of the wreckage, made it a short-but still pretty far distance from the moi, and was forcefully dragged back into the director’s and the counselor’s hands by one butch flowers?

So I'm sure this has been thought of before, but I'm rewatching season 10 for probably the 7th time and it just hit me. Wash and South were supposed to get Eta and Iota (that's nothing new, I've heard that every time I've watched S10), and while it's not really clear who was supposed to get which one, it made me wonder what would've happened with Wash had he gotten one of them and not Epsilon. I mean, I'm not convinced that Epsilon made Wash go crazy, but I definitely think it gave him some problems, so I'm curious as to what would have happened had he gotten the AI originally assigned to him.
