Feel like crap lately and want a bit of dopamine. Yes, it’s just a piece of a more complex fanart, which I posted a WIP of earlier (and gosh, the more I work on the full piece, the less I like the whole idea), but hey, I finally managed to finish it! (Needless to say, I don’t hate Hans’ face as much as before after all those reworks, so, huge progress for me, I suppose)

I’ve been replaying the game and… I can’t help but stop sometimes to take a screenshot, because — well — the landscapes of KCD2 are way too good. They’re almost painfully beautiful, the kind that makes you sigh and fall silent for a second. Maybe they’ll make someone else pause too.

Instead of feeling sad and depressed about KCD2 being overlooked at the TGA, I decided to treat myself to a homemade trinket since I can't afford to buy official merch. Yeah, it turned out a little crooked, but it was my first time working with shrinkable plastic, heh. Well, that's life—I suppose—the first pancake is always lumpy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For me, KCD2 is absolute f*kin' cinema — the ultimate game of the year! 'Cause I've never played just one game and no other for nearly a year. This is my obsession, which finally fired up an artist's spark in me, and I'm endlessly grateful to Warhorse Studios for such an incredibly beautiful piece of gaming art (*˘︶˘*) And if only I could, I would give them all the awards in the world. (And also, from the bottom of my heart, warm and sincere thanks to Tom McKay and Luke Dale, who bring to life not only splendid characters but also tender and heartbreaking romance — the best I've ever seen. They're heckin' legends.)

But I’m just an artist, so all I can — draw pictures. Here’s one, hehe.

Yeah, I know it’s kinda out of the blue and this dude isn’t KCD-related at all, but I’m in absolute (platonically) love with Jonathan Bailey. He’s pure sunshine and literally my antidepressant right now. So I’ve been walking around the past couple of days absurdly thinking about who he’d be in KCD’s world. I guess this could pass for some crossover with the Bridgerton show (which I also unexpectedly like a lot).

Please, forgive me this artistic mischief :B (but I have to admit, I adore his ears way too much — I've drawn them three times in a row and might do more later).
