15/11/25— Art Block

I have art block right now. I can't draw anything!! It feels terrible. This is why I'm inactive, can't draw anything, won't post anything.. other than some text posts I guess.

20/11/25— Less Art Block

I have less problems doing art now, yippee 🥳 It feels great to draw again. I’m still gonna be pretty inactive because I’m gonna focus on doing artworks for my OCs now.

AU specific art again, this time of Obito but there’s kinda a lore to it. He’s really angry here but I’m an idiot who doesn’t plan any art that they do so I ended up drawing this crazy grin instead though in AU canon, he’d be frowning instead.

At first I wanted to set the in-universe time of this art during a time in the AU where Obito and Madara would fight (hence the first version) but I didn’t wanna draw Madara (nor his silhouette) so I changed it to a time where Obito sacrificed himself for Naruto. The blob behind/near Obito is Naruto.

My AU is genuinely so corny and stupid; I’m gonna cry bro. Everything in my AU is just about Obito, everywhere you go in this AU, you gonna find him. I’m so pissed off about it but I don’t know how to change it (because I genuinely don’t want anyone to die) and I do love Obito so I guess it is what it is. Well if you love Obito, you’re gonna love this AU. Albeit he dies a lot in this. He’s my test subject 🥹

AU Context: This is set in the 4th Shinobi World War (4th Great Ninja War). The only actual lore thing I’m giving about this art is that Obito sacrificed himself for Naruto, same way Neji did in canon but I have no reason to kill Neji and I don’t want him dead or anyone else dead so I chose Obito instead (because at least for him, I could give a ridiculous reason of why he survived… yknow..) Anyway he’s less happy crazy and more raging crazy, he’s looking to murder the shit out of Madara.

Don’t ask me too much serious things about my AU, I made this damn thing to make sure my ships could live happily ever after so it’s not THAT serious of an AU. And I love making happy AUs, I love when most if not all characters live.

Small AU art of Sasuke (with lil’ chibi Itachi). Had a post in the process of publishing but tumblr didnt sent out the post and I already forgot everything that I said so nevermind I guess. This art is made with my AU in mind hence why I drew the Sasuke and Itachi chibis (they’re hugging btw sorry if it looks awkward). You’re free to think of him as canon Sasuke tho, they’re practically the same person anyway.

Hi people who's in the naruto fandom, I'm talking specifically to those who likes/make naruto AUs. I'm kinda curious... how many of you guys like happy AUs? As in AUs where there's a happy ending with most if not all of the main casts (as well as those who died in canon) alive and living happily ever after. Are there any of you who likes AUs like that?

I don't know why but to me it seems as if most naruto AUs that I've come across always ended up being really depressing and despairful, and sure there's sometimes a happy ending but still, it feels like more people died in those AUs than in canon... And to be honest, I do like these kinds of depressing AUs but I also really like happy AUs... where everything is just good and well, somehow. I wonder if anybody else like those kind of AUs.

I’m really glad that there’s people that likes happy AUs the way I do (I’m sure most people do like happy AUs but I personally very rarely see them so I just felt like people just like a story of angst and suffering, and death blah blah blah more than the everyone lived happily ever after type. But ofc that’s probably not the case).

Also if anyone else like to make AUs where there’s a happy ending with most main & side characters (and some villains/former villains characters) alive and living happily ever after then do tell me!!! I have an AU where everything is going just right and somewhat never wrong and I always feel like a total loser outcast and a fake fan for making it… (there’s obviously angst but like! The good people who died in canon didnt die in my AU so it just feels like I’m being a fake fan or something…. T_T)

neji and sasuke should have interacted more. i think that whole speech neji gave about his background and awful clan should've been to sasuke just because sasuke would really understand him, even if he didn't know the truth back then, sasuke would see how much of a terrible situation that was and would not make him "accept" things like naruto did. naruto did try to help him being against the whole destiny/fate thing but in the end that only made neji accept it and gladly die for hinata's sake, his owner, believing it was his own choice.

i think sasuke and neji should've met in shippuden, fight and when neji tried to make sasuke see reason - like naruto did to him - sasuke would make neji realize just how right he was in his anger, that neji deserved more than living as a slave for the principal family, that his dad died for nothing and make him see how the village handled things so poorly allowing him to die, how vile the kages are.

Drew this for my AU. There’s no lore or heavy important information about this art, I just genuinely wanted to draw little Naruto hugging scary days Obito and that’s it.

I don’t know why I drew it this way, it’s framed very terribly. It kinda looks like an old photo even though you can tell it isn’t supposed to be (from the white lines around them), but it’s whatever, I quite like it. Also if any of you can’t tell, big guy Obito here is crouching. I’m really bad with proportions, I’m sorry.

AU Context: Naruto knows Obito, years before canon. He first met him when he was around 4, I’d say this art take place from when he was around 5 or 6. In this AU, they’re practically family (not entirely but kindaa), Obito is more of an uncle than a father though and Naruto does call him Uncle. Also in this AU, Obito is like the first ever person to be nice or rather, attentive towards Naruto so Naruto is a bit attached to him because of that.

hey guys, would it be wrong and mischaracterizing if i made it so that (in my au) adult* sasuke is skeptical/doubtful of his father's love for him? like he feels as if his father didn't actually love him that much in comparison to itachi or something..

would that be mischaracterization for sasuke? i need help figuring this out.. I'm really bad at this characterizing shit.
