@suniverse-art and I got hit with the AU beam and this is the result! The Navi are so weird to draw it took me a minute or 5 to get used to their odd facial structure LOL.

Some ideas me and the bestie had were that the Marlian (Marleyan?) titan shifters were avatar drivers on an infiltration assignment from the chain of command from the human settlement on Pandora. Each avatar is given a tracker in their left arm and then a brand of the human coalition on top to solidify the skin to make it harder for the tracker to be removed and to mark their company property.

The Eldians are the native Navi, the tribe of the scouts from the show being lead by their chief Erwin. (Which Suni drew and he looks SO FOINE go see it when she posts. They live on top of a dense deposits of ice burst stone, which is a resource the Marley agency wants to get their hands on. Their avatars were assigned to pretend to be the last of a tribe that was recently decimated by the humans and to seek refuge in Erwin's tribe.

I like to think that Pieck would take to avatar driving like a fish to water, and that Zeke would grieve his beard (since I don't think any Navi have facial hair???) I also designed Pieck, Eren, Zeke and Armins markings after their titan forms/titan markings. It was a lot of fun!!

Rewatching Tristamp again and… yeah, shit slaps. Wolfwood to Vash be like “you’re naive for believing that you can save everyone by sacrificing youself” and then does the exact same thing by doing the dirty work so the people he love doesn’t have to.
