Depressionen sorgen dafür, dass man des Fokus auf die schlechten Dinge des Lebens legt und die guten Dinge nicht beachtet. Dies kann man aber kontern, in dem man seine Achtsamkeit auf die kleinen, winzigen Sachen legt, die einen glücklich machen.

Inspiriert von der Therapiemethode des “Positivtagebuchs” und dem Podcast “Wonderful” hab ich deshalb einen neuen Blog erstellt: @positiv-geladen.

Die Idee ist, dass es ein gemeinsames Posittivtagebuch für uns alle sein soll. Das heißt: Jeder darf die Dinge einschicken, die sie*ihn heute glücklich oder stolz gemacht hat. Egal ob es ein süßer Hund auf dem Heimweg sehen, zur Schule gehn trotz Angstgefühlen oder das Lieblingshobby ist. Wenn du was für das Tagebuch hast, schreib einfach! Natürlich sind auch anonyme Nachrichten willkommen.  Hoffentlich kommt für uns alle so ein winzig bisschen mehr Positivität ins Leben. :)
