As she looked at Kagura, she could feeling the paining guilt build up inside of her. The memories of her time with Milliana, the condition she left that sweet mage in was almost unbearable to think of now. She remembered how she used her as bait to force Erza and Kagura to fight before she intervened and stabbed Kagura. These memories..they were almost unbearable to think of; however, she knew she should never forget them. She needed to be consistently reminded of her past, it was her own punishment for all the evil she’s done.

The Territory mage looked down at the forest path slightly, a deep frown tracing over her lips. “Oh..I did? I didn’t mean to make such a commotion by arriving..I was just doing some grocery shopping.” She said softly, rubbing the back of her head. The black haired mage was very aware that Archenemy was at Kagura’s side and she felt a small lump in her throat.

‘Dammit Minerva! Get off of your high horse and apologize! What are you waiting for?! This might be your only chance!’ M’Lady screamed at herself in her mind. She let out a small sigh as she looked up at The Gravity Mage, raising a small eyebrow. “Would..you like some lunch? I can cook us up something with the supplies I bought and the tools I have in this pack.” She said as she pointed to the bag on her back, ignoring her insides screaming at her to say sorry. She just simply couldn’t bring herself to say it.

It had been nearly a year since the events of the last Grand Magic Games happened. For a certain Tigress, she had spent time, maybe too much time, reflecting on her actions during the games. Minerva remembered vividly, the brutal beating she gave Lucy Heartfillia, the torture she gave Milliana, and the brutal beating she gave Kagura Mikazuchi and Erza Scarlet. It was time where Sabertooth was ran much, much, differently. Since her defeat at the hands of Erza Scarlet, she joined a dark guild and then became a demon of Tartarus and even after all the horrible things she caused, she was STILL accepted back into Sabertooth with open arms and happy smiles. This was fate she felt like she didn’t deserve but she took it without hesitation, wanting to prove to everyone she was a better person than what she was.

Now, months later after Tartarus’s Fall and Fairy Tail’s disbandment, she was standing in the heart of the town that Mermaid Heel was stationed in. She was simply there to do some shopping to pick up some fresh ingredients for some food she was going to cook. While she was in town, she was quickly aware of someone trailing her..a magic power she was all too familiar with. With a small sigh, she decided to cut her grocery shopping short and decided to walk out of town.

After she traveled a good distance, she let out a short, and rather sharp, sigh. Her and her follower were completely alone on a forest path, a good distance away from the city. The Tigress stopped in the middle of the path, putting a hand to her hip and looking up at the sky. “I know your magic isn’t stealth based, but you could at least try to be stealthy, Kagura Mikazuchi.” Minerva said as she turned around to face the Mermaid Mage and gave a small smirk. “It’s been a while, hasn’t it?”
