The Justice League is gathered on the watch tower to meet ambassadors from the Infinite Realms to negotiate peace. The discovery of the Anti Ecto Acts has them on edge as it is clear that the government they work with has been actively hostile towards beings of the Realms.
They are only optimistic because the high king is amongst the peace treaty group.
The portal ripped into the air in the center of the summoning circle Constantine set up is an eerie green and swirls in mesmerizing circles. The beings that emerge are just as mysterious and intimidating.
A nine foot beastly being with sharp horns and a large maw filled with large teeth, covered in fur as white as snow braided in areas with beads, feathers and other trinkets. Wearing a simple kilt embroidered with swirls and snowflakes as well as a large cape, barely long enough to cover a tail adorned in silver cuffs and rainbow beads.
The rest of the group were more human in appearance. A Goliath of a man with slate skin, white flaming hair and blazing red eyes. A very human looking woman, though with the sature and air of an Amazonian, stepped out after. Her glowing teal eyes the only hint to her being anything more than human. The last of the party was a young man, barely out of his teens. His glowing platinum hair moves as if in water and his eyes glowed the same green as the portal. The young man had the same ice horns as the beastly being and a smooth white featureless mask over his face. Adorned with a cape lined with the cosmos and a crown of stars around his neck, this could only be the king.
"Hello, you must be the Justice League we've heard so much about." The boy introduced after a long awkward pause.
"Well met, I am Diana of Themyscira, and these are my teammates, Superman of Krypton, Batman and Flash of Earth and Hal of the Green Lanter Corp."
" Nice to meet you, I am-" the boy king started only for a hand to reach out of his cape and clamp over his mouth, knocking his mask up his face.
"Nuh-uh! Mom said it was MY turn with the name!" A young feminine voice announced before a teen girl popped out fully from the cape with a mischievous grin.
Before anyone could react the girl attacked and tossed the young king through the observation deck window. Only to follow and tackle the young man in a brawl. Thankfully for everyone else they had both phased through and not done any damage.
"Oh Hell no, If ANYONE deserves the name it's me! I've had it the longest!" The giant man growls before launching up and flying out into the vacuum of space to join the tussle.
The league members all look nervously on glancing at each other not sure what was happening or what to do.
"Is... Is this a coup? ... should we be concerned?" The flash asks, glancing around for more information.
A growling rumble comes from the large beast man and it takes a few moments for them all to realize that the being is chuckling.
"The Great One and his fraid are still young. Playfulness is expected." The being explains and gives a slight bow. " I am Hailwind, Bonded of Chief Frostbite, Guide of Phantom and Permafrost, Ambassador of the yetis' of the Far Frozen."
The woman dips her head, blushing and still glancing exasperatedly at the brawl going on outside the window. "Sorry for them, siblings, you know." She rolls her eyes."I am Princess Jasmine... of Earth?... Ambassador of Limanals and the Death touched." She introduced with pauses and many glances between Hailwind and the League members. "I'm only really a part timer for the ambassador stuff, I'm only here instead of my alternates because we wanted all the direct royals here the first meeting."
" Five on the Big guy." Hal whispers to Flash as they watch the fight on the other side of the window they both had wandered to.
"Nah, my bets on the little one, she's got spunk." Flash whispers back.
"Should we stop them? It seems rude to start without the king participating." Superman mentions gently.
"Right, yeah, just um." Jasmine stumbles, looking to her companion for suggestions.
In response, Hailwind reaches into his cloak and produces what can only be a baby Yeti. The little cub yawns and blinks big blue eyes out at the scene around her.
The league watch transfixed and a little concerned as a little ball of fluff float-crawls their way across the room to the window.
Batman makes a lunge motion when the baby audibly bonks head first into the window the three are fighting outside of, especially as she drops in altitude towards the ground.
Hal constructs a large catchers mit under her, only for the cub to regain her flight and pat at the window. Her tail wags like an excited puppy and her ears wiggle in glee as she chirps at the brawling group.
The air shifts at the sound of her chirping. And suddenly, the combating trio are engulfed in liquid night. A swelling of darkness speckled by stars swoops up and back through the window, engulfing the ceb as it goes. The mass condenses into a cloaked figure, and with a wave of fabric deposits the large man and teen girl back in place next to the princess. The hood falls back to show the young king, now with only a half mask covering his eyes and nose. Revealing a sharp toothed smile as it presses kisses to the cubs head. "Hello my snow princess" he coos as he floats over the group snuggling the baby Yeti.
"I guess that means I'm Prince Dante, Duke of the Badlands, the Reformed Curse, Ender of Times, Ambassador of the Vengeful Dead."
The teen girl wrapped around his shoulder unlatches her jaw from his bicep and slides off to the stand grumpily next to Dante. "Which makes me Princess Ellie of Earth, Mirror Born of the king, Spirit of Freedom.
The king hands the cub back to Hailwind and gives a smirk before taking his place back between his biological siblings. "You may know me as King Phantom of the Infinite Realms, Slayer of Tyrants, The Great One, the Bridge Between."
The prince and young princess scoff in indignation. "We fought and you didn't even bother to use it!" The man grumbles
"I want a redo! Use it or lose it Template!" The teen girl pouts.
The king chuckles at them. " My most important titles are reserved for those I trust. Let's see how the meeting goes first."
