does anyone else almost feel like their pd is a different entity than themselves.

i suppose this plays into the I and Me theory where I is your inpulsive and raw reaction while the Me is who you know you ahould be, your aelf restraint and common sense. but i find my thoughts i get from my npd to be apart of me but also entirely disconnected

because there are times where i exsist so. normally. where im generally unaffected and able to live my life so easily. but then my disorder starts disordering and i feel like a different person. i feel like theres another version of me whispering all those thoughts into my ear. its still ME. its tied in with myself but its also not me
