It may be time for you to embrace being alone for a moment. There are times when our interactions and connections with people need to rest. I’d take this time to clean out your phone, delete text messages, call logs, pictures… This helps me personally, I don’t feel released from a person until the messaging threads are gone which is funny but truthful.
