Let’s talk about how wrong she really did Jessica for the benefit of Bella. Since midnight sun has opened jessicas mind for us. The way Stephanie just ignored anything of Jessica’s back story goes beyond me. No one is just a conceited bitch for nothing steph.

There is literal proof of Jess not just hating Bella because when Edward saved Bella and he read Jessicas mind he said she was worried. Stephanie just pourposly did this so it would highlight how Bella was soooo kind and different unlike other girls.

Also how she made Bella practically asexual until Edward but made sure to highlight Jessica having crushes on both Edward and mike. I don’t know but it really seems like her pushing her Mormon narrative of how ‘good girls wait for their soulmate’ and that ‘bad girls like Jessica are whores and can’t keep a man’
