The article from the screenshot is here, but in the full interview, the journalist wrote about how the whole thing was apparently shocking & unsettling to hear for both her and the other actor there for the MOVIE PRESS TOUR interview… because Neeson shared all that shit LITERALLY unprompted in an unrelated conversation.

She also contacted a sexual assault support group AND a psychiatrist afterwards because she was like, “Uh, asking for a friend, but is this violence & racism shit… normal, or…?”

And then basically had to drown a couple of paragraphs in disclaimers because these specialists’ professional opinions were that he was racist already & was using culturally normalized violence to make himself and his ego feel better in a way that had nothing to do with the victim’s welfare at all (obviously).

Meanwhile, Neeson was also someone who said the #MeToo movement was becoming a “witch hunt,” so, you know. Confirms a little more we already knew about his priorities. 😒

everyone’s so worried about my tree trajectory but that’s the best part about rolling downhill in tractor tires: so much of the shock is absorbed by the tire so you can pretty much do anything. in theory. i’m not a doctor I actually don’t know you could probably still die. one of the guys I roped into this went over a huge boulder and went airborn for a hot second though so that was fun
