good luck to anyone and everyone getting over the ten foot wall I built around myself for this year bc I’m tired of getting betrayed by ppl or misread or unheard.
not talking to anyone, not even a soul. nothing to say to anyone this year, not going online, reflecting and peacefully, quietly thinking about 2025 and 2026 year ahead and what i want it to be and who I have been and what has happened and what I’ve experienced. journalling a lot. thinking. being quiet. it only has to make sense to me and I don’t feel like explaining myself to anyone else, kind of year.🐺🕊🌷🕯💫

“And the night smells like snow. Walking home for a moment you almost believe you could start again. And an intense love rushes to your heart, and hope. It’s unendurable, unendurable.”
— Franz Wright, closing lines to “Night Walk” from God’s Silence (via oofpoetry)

“I never wish to offend, but I am so foolishly shy, that I often seem negligent, when I am only kept back by my natural awkwardness.”
— Jane Austen, Sense and Sensibility
