I just came up with such a glorious fanfiction idea for Merlin.

If jts already been made please, I am begging on my knees and willing to give my right kidney and a section of my liver, please give me the title!

Basically, in which Freya lived and she and Merlin went through with their plans to run away together and they found this little place and they’re happy. They found a way to manage her curse and they’re happy.

But Arthur kinda goes crazy looking for Merlin. Before anyone says anything, no this is not Merthur and I am not trying to make it that way. They are just friends but Arthur is low-key really codependent on Merlin cause that’s his first true friend, and person that wasn’t afraid to speak his mind to him (cause he’s the prince). So he’s just always looking for him.

And that’s just the plot, it shuffles how Merlin still follows his destiny from afar rather than close (maybe he’s a seer so that warns him of the events?). And Arthur going crazy under pressure and wanting his best friend back.

So im getting back into the Merlin fandom. I never finished the show cause I got busy and im finally getting bak in after literal years of not touching it.

I have a few things to say.

One. I want to give a solemn heartfelt thank you to literally everyone in the fandom for keeping it alive. It was literally made the year i was born, almost eighteen years old now. The fandom is still thriving (and on the healthier side!), Theres edits, Theres newer fanfiction, Theres just so much content and it’s bringing me to tears omg. I personally hope to add to the fandom as well but with how many works I have and am working on, I can only hope for right now.

Two. Every single character is gay.

I got caught up in what others may think that I forgot that I write for myself too.

Never be afraid or worry about what others will think, it’s never too much, don’t tone it down, write wha you find interesting. Don’t let other discourage you.

Morbid curiosity will genuinely be the end of me.

No joke. Cause what do you mean I read the intro, I read the tags. I went “that’s disgusting, gross, nasty, I’d get nightmares if I read that” then a single “but how would that work?” thought comes in and suddenly im reading the fic.

This has happened so many fucking times and I either die inside and wish I can time travel five minutes earlier and stop myself or I actually don’t regret it and it was pretty good. No in between.

Also to those judging, I take full responsibility, I never leave hate comments, and I consent to whatever im about the read. People have the right to write and read whatever they want, im not a hater. I was once a curious naive middle school girl who got into some stuff she shouldn’t have and turned out fucked up cause of it but honestly I don’t regret it. Great character development qnd ive grown since tha mindset okay.

Ok two new ideas.

So I just found out about the Broken Pantheon AU. At first I enjoyed reading it but wasn’t really interested in writing it. I’m rethinking that though, i don’t know yet. Like a have a small idea but I’m still thinking about it.

Also I’m watching the Percy Jackson series and I honestly love how Medusa was kind of caring at the beginning and even protective of Percy (to a degree) and I really liked that. I might make a little Drabble/oneshot. Wholesome or dark, is still to be determined.

Something I want to put out there for whoever needs to hear it and especially cause I’m still struggling to accept it.

It’s ok to get 70-90s on tests and quizzes. In the end it really doesn’t matter as long as you pass. Yeah you want good grades to get into a good school but really further down the line it doesn’t matter.

Coming from someone who’s gotten straight A’s their entire life and gets stressed and upset but they get anything below 95, and is still in school and getting lower grades (specifically in math) I’m personally struggling to accept this. But really it’s fine.

Not only does it not matter later on but it also shows your human. Cause this mind set puts this ideal version of your self in your head and makes you want to live up to that. So accepting this just puts down that ideal cause it’s ok to never meet that ideal. Most of the time it’s unrealistic.

Ok so I’m working on this Isaac Night x Addams reader fanfiction a. And I need an opinion.

So it was originally going to go the first way but then a scenario came to mind but I scrapped it cause it didn’t fit but it didn’t want to be scrapped and instead I somehow developed an entire idea. So now I have two completely different ideas.

She’s Gomez and Festers little sister and was just obsessed with Isaac. Weaselled her way into being his assistant through Gomez. They were in love, she knew but he didn’t realise until she was the first thing he thought about when he came back to life. She never knew he tried to use her brother, Gomez knew it’s break her so he never told her. Her life was pretty shitty (fester was too busy being a lunatic and Gomez was too busy with Morticia to notice) She faked her death and left. 30 years later she came back cause of nostalgia and found Isaac, was super confused but nursed him back to health (this is after thing killed him but he survived in this au). He didn’t know it was her and eventually fell in love with her. He later found out it was her when he found an old box with her old stuff in it, including something sentimental he gave her.

Same beginning and basic idea but Francois and her were roommates and Francois was the #1 shipper, helped her and a lot and wanted her to be her future sister in law. Cause of this Isaac realised his feeling and they actually started dating. Then she found out about his plan and it was a big argument. She later told Morticia cause she’d rather have both him and Gomez alive with him hating her forever than one of them dead. She was going to go with her but Morticia knew she couldn’t handle that so she made her stay behind and it’s just generally a bunch of angst. Then the whole fake death thing and nurse back to health the same as the first.

I don’t know, I’m just struggling with which to do. Any ideas?
