*You see a boy walking past, weari— You know that sailcloth. That’s the same as yours, though, there are outlines of stains yours never got, lines of stitching yours doesn’t have. Other than that, you realize he looks just like you when you were younger, though his face is…Completely void of emotion.
*There’s a scar across his neck, and the Goddess Sword on his back. He lifts his left arm from where it’s hidden under the sailcloth— his hand is *gone*. Cut off about halfway up his forearm. Just above that is some kind of device on a bracelet, which he’s squinting at. It looks like something from Wild’s era, more than yours. His tunic has no holes, but is stained with blood. He doesn’t look currently injured.

“What in Hylia’s name…” he mutters. He didnt seem hostile, so Sky decided not to treat him like a threat. On the contrary, the boy looked like he’d been through hell.
Sky approaches the boy slowly, his eyes not moving from staring at the sailcloth and his arm. You’d think with how many other version of himself he’d met, he’d get used to this, but no. It was still weird.
“Hey, you don’t look it, but… are you sure you’re not injured?” he asked, fidgeting with the sailcloth with his right hand, a nervous habit of his. He tried (and failed) to hide the bewildered look on his face.
“And, uh, yeah, before you ask, I’m pretty sure we’re the same person.”
