> walk through the salt marsh border to boat launch
> too many people there (3 people)
> lay in sun for a bit (90 degrees out)
> walk from boat launch down the coast along the marsh edge past several private properties
> crawl through the brush
> stop under mulberry tree to eat berries and drink water
> see green heron, snowy egret, great egret, DC cormorant, RWBB, etc
> keep walking until you hit state park
> feel a warm sense of comfort from the familiar brown and yellow state park signage
> small fish and large shrimps eat dead skin off feet
> girl scouts come in kayaks and play games
> leave to walk back home
> walk up long sloping hill that gives you stitch in side
> walk down the train tracks for 20 minutes
> black locust red maple black oak red oak tree of heaven bittersweet japanese honeysuckle
> go in tunnel under train tracks to get home
> watch birds with cat for 20 min
> drink a beer and smoke a joint
