1 egg
1 cup of baby spinach
1 mini sweet pepper
Ground pepper or salt
Prep time: 2 mins
Cook time: 3 mins
Calories: 102
Fibre: 2g (RDA-30g)
Protein: 10g (RDA-45g)
Fat: 10g (RDA-45g)
The meal also contains 5% of your Iron RDA and 15% of your B12 RDA
Method:
Mix up the egg, add ground pepper or salt if you like. Chop the pepper and half the spinach.
Pour egg into hot frying pan, add the pepper and right before its ready, add the chopped spinach.
Serve it on top of the raw spinach and voila!
Yeah it’s not the most filling meal but it’s a good, quick lunch, filled with nutrients and with a relatively low calorie count.

Ways to fight those cravings
If you can, drink a diet soda. Diet Coke, Coke Light, literally any of those. They make you feel full and bloated for a while, honestly amazing. Recommend 10/10
If you have one of those great fridges that give you ice (I don’t, sadly) EAT THE ICE. Seriously, it’s fantastic.
Get a spoon and fill it with vinegar. White one, not the red one (just in case). It’s like magic for me. Also, if you drink a spoonful in the morning, you can lose weight pretty easily. It’s a tip my abuelita gave me lol
Hang out with someone, call a friend, try not to stay alone. Hell, go shopping with your mom, it’s worth it. When you’re alone, your mind can convince you that it won’t matter, but believe me it will. In the morning when you weigh yourself, every calorie will count.
If you can, go for a walk. Have a pet? Perfect! Don’t have one/it’s not walk-able? Doesn’t matter, just walk! (I’m not saying to take your boa constrictor for a walk tho. Don’t do that)
Ok, this is weird, but it works just fine for me. Watch some buzzfeed tasty videos, or just any kind of food making related video. The greasier the better. You have no idea how amazing that is.
Or, you can watch like, a culinary show (personally I love The Big Family Cooking Showdown by BBC. So pure, so wholesome)
Try and write down every food you’re craving. Every single one. Even the weirdest, even if you’re actually dying for a bagel with cheese and smoked pineapple, write it down. Then, Google the calories and write them next to the food. Believe me, you won’t be craving it as much. And afterwards, you can keep the paper if you can, so next time you’ll be able to look at it and stop yourself from binging.
Make an edit! I personally love making mood boards, and they’re great for stress and cravings! Also, drawing works (I think) but I can’t draw for shit so I don’t really know.
If you can make something creative, or anything that takes your mind off of things, do it.
If you can, go to the bathroom and weigh yourself. Now, what my doctor said to me is that your actual weight is the one you see in the morning, but still. Weigh yourself while naked, that’s important. Then, make a list (can be written if you want!) of all the things you’re looking forward to see. Ex. In my list I’d write:
Collarbones
Cheekbones
Hipbones
Ribcage
Thigh gap
Hollow stomach
Hollow cheeks
Swan-like neck
Or stuff like that.
Listen to music or watch a movie/TV show. Yeah, I know this is #basic but it can work miracles.
Do your homework! In my school, we get 5 hours minimum of homework every afternoon, so it’s really all I do. Rip.
