This is really true. I spent most of my time trying to fit in the places I don't even belong and trying to fit it is worse than death, it kills you slowly from with in, degrading your potential and you forget who you are untill you realize that you stopped growing by pushing your limits. I think this is a serious problem where most of us get trapped in the seduction of being in a secure position we end up being in a deep pit. Be uncomfortable, grow by pushing your limits.

As entrepreneur you have to face multiple things such as the problems and complaints of your customers ,employees, contractors, partners. If you are not resourceful enough to solve the problems of people around you there is no future for you as an entrepreneur. You will constantly get these kind of complaints, you must always be ready to solve them by being resourceful you need to solve them or you need to assign the task to others but finally the task must be solved and as a leader it is your responsibility to solve it for your people, who trust you. Don't break the trust.

Starting is the toughest part for most people, I'm glad that I took a leap in atleast starting what I want to do with my life... If you are thinking back and forth to make a decision just take that decision you always fear of doing that is where your growth lies, I'm not hear to preach but if a person with least capabilities could start you can accomplish much more. All the best take this as a reminder to start your journey of success by taking that one big decision.
