Okay so I haven’t really been in the mood to do anything lately, but I ended up writing a little Umbrella Academy fanfic last week because I wanted a break from academic writing. I posted it on AO3 like 2 days ago (something I never do - anything I write is either left unfinished or I think it’s too shitty to post) and holy shit I can’t with all the kudos and comments!!! There are people out there who actually appreciate the crap I wrote??!?! Excuse me while I go and have a little happy cry.

#1 Sitting next to the sea/a river/lake or whatever, anything with moving water, and just listening to the sounds. 

#2 Sunsets. Those are always amazing. Especially combined with #1. 

#3 Listening to music and staring out of the window while on a train.

#4 I have this one coat that goes all the way down to my ankles and I absolutely love wearing it. It’s so swishy! And it looks really cool! I can pretend to be the main character in some detective drama show. (Also I’m kinda sad I’ll have to wait till it’s autumn again to be able to wear it. Too fuckin hot now.)

#5 Going to a supermarket in a foreign country. I love discovering what different products they have. Mostly that's different flavours of crisps and coca cola with some random flavours though, lol.

Ugh I should have been getting my ass on a Flixbus to Berlin in an half an hour or so, at 1 am! I should have been throwing murderous looks at snoring people while desperately trying to sleep all night!! And arrive in Berlin early in the morning, completely exhausted but excited!!!

But nope I’m home playing a ridiculous game with my mother. I’m listening to Neubauten via headphones, lipsyncing and dancing while my mum tries to guess what song I’m listening to. It’s hilarious. Some songs are quite easy to guess (Ein Stuhl in der Hölle and Ich Gehe Jetzt require clapping - extreme headbanging to Haus der Lüge and Was Ist Ist, etc) while other proved to be a bit trickier (took ages for her to guess Sabrina).

Also, I’ve had a pretty bad week. Zero motivation to do anything, not getting out of the house, what is social interaction? How do you wash your hair? What is sleeping? What is eating at somewhat regular times? On top of that, I’ve got online classes since Tuesday now that the exam period is over and I fcking hate it. FUCK YOU CORONA.

Oh, and I have to deal with a new obsession with the Umbrella Academy right now. Watched the whole series in one day last week and fell in love with Klaus Hargreeves. Now I’m reading a shitload of fanfics.
