AHHH I WORKED FOREVER ON THIS, I DON’T KNOW IF IT’S 100% DONE BUT IT LOOKS MOSTLY DONE TO ME. I might want to make this into an 11″x17″ print which is why it’s cropped, I wanted some stuff to only be visible in the poster version of this. Anyway it’s supposed to be like an “all grown up” version of 90s/2000s toys and how I imagine they’d be nowadays, I actually own the three main toys in this which is why I picked them (giraffe furby, blue worm on a string and magic the beanie baby dragon!) but if I can think of anything else or get any fun suggestions, I’ll add them to the background before making the print!

I made an 8-page zine a while ago about insects and affirmations- this was one of the rejected pages, I only left it out because I had to remove a page and this was the odd one out so I figured I could use it later for a new lgbt-centered affirmation zine! It’s also an orchid mantis because 1, I have a transbian orchid mantis OC in my webcomic so it’s kind of an easter egg and 2, it’s the first pink bug to come to mind so ofc I’m gonna draw it with the rest of the trans flag colors

Here’s an oil pastel thing I made a while back, it’s a goliath beetle with the fruiting bodies of a cordyceps parasite growing out of it!! The first picture is a refined digital version of the original drawing but the second is a glitchy, filtered version of the unedited original.

Throwback to when I went around the woods propping up these little watercolor paintings I did....LET IT BE KNOWN I DIDN’T PUT ANY OF THAT TRASH THERE, littering is for lame losers and I don’t smoke or wear axe spray anyway but I felt it was a good place to photograph my scummy, trashy invert gang B)

I keep several species of roach as pets but I’ve never?? Drawn them?? So I doodled these two g. portentosa boys recently and might make it into a mini print if people end up liking it, I think it could make for a funny postcard or something lmao

ISSUE 1 - THE OTHER SIDE OF PARADISE This is an introductory issue, not sure how many pages it’ll be but it’ll likely be anywhere from 30-50 pages in print. There’s no plot, as the first issue’s meant to be for worldbuilding/character relationships, so you can really read these out of order for the most part and it’ll make sense.

OH YEAH I SHOULD MENTION, that book I was working on?? If anybody remembers it??? Scrapped it because it was terrible but I rebooted it into a prequel comic thing. It’s also not very good but I’m just doing it for practice so if you’re interested, uh, check this blog out I guess? It’s 18+ and although I do tag for content warnings, just realize it’s for mature audiences and it’s about a bunch of horny pothead losers who overshare trauma so if that’s not your kind of thing, this comic is DEFINITELY not for you. I will say, the first issue is the most typical “adult comedy” type thing and then it evolves into something else over time so if you’re not into the humor but like the sad undertones.....stick around and you might like what you see  👀

me, not even an hour ago: I should keep this project under wraps so if I don’t finish it, I won’t look as stupid me now: OKAY BUT NO I was gonna keep the sketches only on patreon but I never post on here so here’s the first page!!!! I started it, expecting it to just be a cute short wlw comic about a piranha girl accepting she’s not into guys BUT it turned into like....trauma central with a half sad, half happy ending. It’s also estimated to be about 60 pages? Maybe 80-100 tops? I finished 40 sketch pages in one week so I have some faith I might actually get this done. Keyword: SOME

SORRY FOR NOT POSTING IN FOREVER, I get into these weird moods where I avoid certain websites for like...weeks at a time shfasjkd

I have a little project planned and these are the basic designs for the characters I had in mind for it, chubby piranha gorl and her giant arapaima gf...........may or may not have finished almost the entirety of the sketches for it within the span of one week. I’m gonna change up the colors since I’m not a big fan of constanca’s hair or eneida’s outfit but they’ll BASICALLY look like this

Thanks so much, they were super fun to work on!!! I haven’t been hardcore into Sonic for quite a while but the characters still hold a special place in my heart, ESPECIALLY silver + blaze even if a good chunk of the fanbase doesn’t like them
