Harry grinned at the two ceo’s as they walked past them. He gave them his most playful smirk as they walked by. Harry’s blue eyes this time went directly to Tony “I understand you are pretty nervous but Aldrich Killian was an idiot, a man whose ego got the best of him because he suddenly was able to get some tail.” He sniggered at the remark and said “to bad he died, cause of death unknown, isn’t that interesting” Harrys one eye slowly turned towards Pepper as he said this before quickly going back to Stark.

"Of course you are nervous, but may I add that your advancements with arc reactors and the Iron Man suit happened practically over night. Are you really in the place the decided whether or not our men are moving to quickly? Look six years ago the thought of all that hard drive on your phone was a myth, now look. advancements come quickly and suddenly, you are all proof of that." He went back to his coffee and took another sip  "of course I am willing to provide a complete file on all of our top scientists under our employment. Some I can list off the top of my head are Otto Octavius, Adrain Toomes and Michael Morbius. They aren’t fresh out of school, no, they are the best in their fields."

Harry looked back at Pepper and gave her another smile “of course I do hope SHIELD doesn’t come knocking on our door, that would be quite, unpleasant. The Connors incident like I said was out of our control. Its not like we planned for that to happen, remember that. Aldrich Killian and my father are two very different people. I might be the middle man and fresh out of High School but I know my business and I know if we are going to cause a terrorist attack.” With Tony Stark here Harry highly doubted he would be getting a deal.

Tony looked at the young boy and then gave a sigh. This young man had no hope of getting a deal with Stark Industries. Pepper had become slightly agitated due to the mention of Killian. However she was doing her best not to show that towards Harry. There was something about him that set Pepper on edge. It was something that reminded her of Killian and dare she say it Loki. She sipped at her coffee and then glanced at Tony who was looking up the scientists on the Stark Net database. "Otto Octavious, some guy. Works with fusion energy. Dangerous stuff, Morbius is a biochemist, a good one but his latest experiment went wrong..." Stark reeled off. They had gotten onto the radar of SHIELD and in a bad way. Pepper pursed her lips. And looked at the other name Harry had mentioned with Tony. She arched her brow. This boy and his father worked with some dangerous people. She would not work with him. They had honest and god scientists at Stark Industries and they had good contracts. Oscorp posed way too much of a risk for the company.

Pepper was pretty sure once it was knowledge that Oscorp has been turned down by Stark Industries, Doom or Hammer would try and snap him up. It was just too concerning for her to allow. "Killian and your father may be different but in genetic research you're moving too fast. Yes, Mr Stark and SHIELD have pushed technology forward but genetic research is very... sensitive and I won't support it. I'm sorry but I have to turn you down" Pepper said kindly. She was not going to support it. Tony and his research were much different. He built suits, he was the name in clean energy and Stark Industries did do a little genetic research but that was led by Susan Richards and Reed Richards in the Baxter building but it was studying how life first formed and Reed was cautious and took one step forward and then a few steps back to check everything. Besides it was all theoretical and Oscorp was actually creating things that had the chance to become a weapon.

Tony stood up and then tucked the laptop under his arm. He was taking it and making sure it could not be used to keep the data or even get it back. "Nice try half pint. Good job for coming to us first but look elsewhere. C'mon Pep. I have dinner ordered and we have Agent coming over" Tony said with a smile. Pepper nodded and then looked at Harry. "Do you have a lift home?" Pepper asked. She had turned him down but she wanted to be kind. He was only young and he needed time to get used to ruling a big corporation. He may know what he's doing but it was a cut throat business for most. She looked at Bruce who was speaking to Natasha. Both of them had deiced that Fury had to know. Pepper looked at Tony and kissed his cheek and then smiled as he carried her things towards the car that Happy had brought round. "It's the least I can do for you" Pepper told Harry. the others left with Natasha having her own car and she would take Bruce back to Avengers Tower.

Pepper heard the question and she sighed. She had no idea what she was now. She was a disease and Tony had no way of helping and that scared her more than any Norse god did. "I'm human..or was." Pepper said hesitantly. She really did not want to consider herself any less than human. "I came to you because you have some power over Siedr. I hoped you could...cure me" Pepper said lamely. She then looked at Loki. "That and Tony seems to trust you. Don't ask me why." Pepper said. She was uncomfortable having reveled herself to be a monster. It was not easy for her to accept. "Do you think you can help?" She asked. Pepper was under control of her power for now but it was getting harder to control. "I guess I wanted to say I'm sorry too..." Pepper said. She knew about  Narfi and Nari, Hel, Fenrir, Jormundur and Hel...if it was true Loki had been given a bad ride. Her eyes were drawn to his mouth and she could see a faint scar. She guessed it was from the Dwarves. She also knew his punishment for his insults and hat one day he would bring around the end of days with the giants by his side. She sighed softly. "You don't have to help me." She told him She patted his shoulder. "It was a long shot"

Harry sat down and eyed the two sitting next to Pepper, he obviously knew who they were. Oscorp had been keeping tabs on any possible threats to the companies future, the Black Widow could possibly be dealt with, but the Hulk? Harry really needed to tread lightly here. “As you know I am just clearing up lose ends for my father, is health is continuing to decline.” He took a sip of the coffee and continued. “Of course Doctor Conners was an unexpected road block so to say” Harry remained calm and collected during this rather rushed meeting. “He was unstable, he couldn’t handle the pressure and demands from the higher ups, almost everything we have been producing have been remedies for my father.”

He looked at Pepper and grinned “I am not my father, I can assure you that and don’t underestimate me because of my age.” He then heard an all to familiar voice, there in the flesh was Tony Stark. Harry bit his lip, with Stark you never knew what could happen, he stood up and shook the mans hand “Mr. Stark, I’m quite surprised you’re here.” He sat down and looked at Pepper. Never taking his eyes off her, his poker face was good, of course it could break almost anyone but Pepper was different, he knew that.

He listened to Tony banter and bit his lip, he would take any insults with pride, he wasn’t Justin Hammer. “I’m sorry Mr. Stark but the man in that room there is a fraud, I came here because supposedly there was to be a breakthrough in some from of technological advancement, instead we got a copy of that light bulb you used to have in your chest.” Harry smirked, he knew Tony wouldn’t take to kindly to someone copying the arc reactor tech, but Harry had to admit he was slightly impressed someone had at least been able to almost replicate it.

"I guess we should get back to business, of course Oscorp isn’t in the war business, we are making way to help change the world. Everything we’ve been creating has had the potential to save hundreds of lives. my fathers illness is incurable but if we find a cure for that, the possibilities are endless. A world without death, well, the death that you prevent of course Stark."

As he talked Harrys eyes still never left Peppers, like a shark he continued to try his best to read her. “Of course if you’re interested”

Pepper listened to what Harry had said. Her face never lost it's mask. She had been working with Tony far too long to let anything show. She looked at Tony who completely deleted the hard drive of the speaker's laptop. He also made sure his lawyers obtained the paper copies of the Arc Reactor work. Pepper leaned forward as she looked a the young man. "So far Oscorp's scientific research has proved to be harmful to the public." Pepper began. She had not backed AIM due to the moral issues. Oscorp was pushing the boundaries of genetic research and that scared people. It scared her. She glanced at Tony who was watching his face amused. "I have looked into some of the research, or rather Mr Stark did along with Doctor Pym and McCoy.They felt that this has the potential to be weaponized and dangerous. The moral consequences are huge" Pepper said her tone was polite. They already had Reed Richard's checking some of the stuff too.

She looked down for a moment and then sipped her coffee. "The only reason things did not go as bad as they could was Spider Man" Pepper said softly. She was not willing to do something she had opposed before. The idea that Conner's had was close to extremis in some ways. She was careful as she moved to whisper something to Tony. He paused for a moment and then whispered something back. Clearly she was seeking his advice. "How close are you to a break through half pint?" Tony asked. Pepper was the CEO but he still offered her advice and was involved sometimes. Bruce was looking over the laptop to make sure everything was gone. The speaker was in floods of tears. Justin Hammer and Von Doom came out and looked at the group. They arched their brow. Tony looked amused as a peal of thunder shook the city. He sniggered a little. "Point Break has discovered we have no pop tarts" He said with a laugh. Pepper rolled her eyes at him. "Tony, focus" She told him her hand giving his knee a squeeze.

Tony gave a small nod and then looked at Harry. "Who is doing your work? Are they credible? Stark Industries will not fund anything without any credibility. Oh and for the record, this research is pushing too fast. That happened to be AIM's problem and we turned them down" Tony said his voice careful. His mask was as good as Pepper's. It was not something Tony would have done. He had designed intellicrops and vaccines but what AIM did and what Oscorp did was pushing moral boundaries. Pepper wanted to have more answers before she shot the boy down.

Harry smirked, her advice was sound, after seeing the joke that was the presentation he was always planning on letting the board of directors know that this deal would simply not do. In the wake of the Avengers and all of the other chaos the meta humans brought with them, big corporations were beginning to fall under. This was mainly due to the shady exports that were being uncovered, unfortunately Oscorp had fallen to such circumstances but it was something that was hardly out of their control. How did they know Curt Connors would inject himself with the serum. Stark Industries had been thriving the past few years, and with the drop out of Tony Stark Pepper Potts was doing a ravishing job at saving the company.

Harry quickly stood, buttoning his suit he nodded and said “I’m never one to pass up coffee with a beautiful woman” obviously Harry was aware of the vast age difference, but he was known for his snarky and coy attitude, and perhaps he had just found a far more interesting/possible business partner.  He quickly walked out of the auditorium and smirked as he saw the disappointment in the speakers face, he opened the door for the CEO of Stark Industries and quickly followed after her. “If you need a witness to vouch in any trial I will happily add my input in the matter” he said smirking.

Pepper eyed the young boy with a small smile. "Its alright, Doctor Banner and Miss Rushman will do well enough" She said eying her friends. She walked to the small coffee shop in the building. She ordered the drinks and then sat down at one of the tables. She watched the young man with keen eyes. "So, what interest did Oscorp have in that fool?" Pepper asked. Her eyes fell to her phone and she then tapped out a message for the lawyers to meet her tomorrow. She also sent a text for Tony to come. He had to hear this. She eyed him with interest as she sipped at her coffee. "Your stock levels have seen the worse drop in years. It's worse than our stock drop after Mr Stark came home from Afghanistan" Pepper said. She looked at Bruce who was sipping his herbal tea with contentment. "He obviously tried Justin Hammer's technique. Lucky you have good patent lawyers" Bruce said his voice calm. Natasha was sat down her fingers drumming on her thigh. "You caused quite the stir with Curt Conners" Natasha mentioned.

Pepper nodded. "You'll need to work hard to show Oscorp is safe and a viable option for scientists and investors. Luckily Stark Industries have snapped up Doctor Banner here, Jane Foster and Erik Selvig" Pepper said with pride. Stark Industries were using them to pioneer new space shuttles for NASA and Bruce was continuing his research into gamma radiation. Although he was studying subatomic particles too.  She watched him carefully. "Our company is the leader in clean renewable energy what's your plan for Oscorp?" Pepper asked. If it appealed to her Pepper would in part fund the project to boost the ailing company back onto it's feet. But she was cautious. She would not invest more than five percent in case it went bust. She had to consider Stark Industries in all that she did. She was about to say more when the speaker came out. 

At the same time Tony Stark Arrived. He was jovial as he greeted Pepper and gave her a hug. "Miss Potts, Mr Osborn, please reconsider. Hammer and Von Doom have pulled out I need this funding" He begged. "Then come up with your own stuff, hand over your research. I want to look it over" Tony demanded a frown on his face. No one took his stuff. "What are you doing with the pipsqueak? He hasn't improved the under over yet" Tony said. He sat down looking through the speaker's laptop and snorting. "Pitiful. So Mr Osborn, what have you got that my CEO could want" Tony said emphasizing his relationship with Pepper. She looked a little peeved at that
