JON VIII - A GAME OF THRONES // SANSA IV - A CLASH OF KINGS
lest we eat each other
“And now you wear my brother’s ring. My father’s ring.”
A sheen of silver around his pinky, moon glinting off of its surface. The ring that’s been worn by the men she loved as deep as her heart can go—and now by him, by Jon.
(With him, she has not loved. She has devoured, and the skin of it still remains on her teeth.)

hey love!! i was just wondering, will you ever consider continuing underbelly? i could seriously write an entire novel on your prose. the way the first chapter was written was so hauntingly beautiful and i still can’t get enough, months after reading it when it first came out. i know that one hateful comment discouraged you but just know they’re totally ignorant & dont deserve your time or attention. either way, hope you’re doing okay <3
ahh thank you so much for your message <33 it really made my day. i’m trying to get back into writing game of thrones fanfiction, but it’s a slow process! i started a new job recently so i haven’t had much time for writing :( i definitely want to continue underbelly though! love her with my whole heart.
hopefully i’ll have something new out soon 🤞🤞 maybe a snippet or two if i write anything I’m particularly fond of. xoxo 🫶

🎬📺share ten different favorite characters from ten different pieces of media in particular order🎮🃏 Then send this to 10 (anon or not, your choice)
10. Uncle Jessie, Full House
9. Sansa Stark, Game of Thrones ("all memory of you will disappear." EVERYONE MOVED)
8. Millie, The New Me by Halle Butler (hate the book. hate the story. love the character as an accurate depiction of an insufferable bored unlikeable bitch who is terrified of her life going nowhere, but eventually comes to accept it)
7. Amy March, Little Women (specifically the florence pugh version because every time i hear that monologue about being a woman i cry for three days)
6. Jo March, Little Woman (again, specifically the saorise ronan version. the way she says "i'm so lonely" has me gagging)
5. Charlotte Regan, Alone With You in the Ether by Olivie Blake (SHE'S ME)
4. Spencer Reid, Criminal Minds (no explanation)
3. Daryl Dixon, The Walking Dead (he doesn't deserve this spot i just want to fuck him really bad so i have to)
2. Anne Shirley, Anne of Green Gables (i will never love another character like i love her)
Rory Gilmore, Gilmore Girls (i get her. i really do)
Maggie Smith, from “Rain, New Year’s Eve”
Nickie Zimov
Gail Honeyman, Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine / Susan Sontag, As Consciousness Is Harnessed to Flesh / Olivia Laing, The Lonely City: Adventures in the Art of Being Alone / Tahereh Mafi, Shatter Me / Kitty Stryker, “Radical Self-Reliance” Is Killing People. / Yiyun Li, Dear Friend, From my Life I Write to You in Your Life
Jon isn’t really sure when his life started.
The obvious answer would be ‘at birth’, or ‘at conception’ depending on who you ask, but he’s never believed in either of those things beyond a factual, scientific standpoint.
He was alive when he took his first breath. He was alive while he played his first hockey game, went on his first date, stole his first car that one time with Ygritte before chickening out and leaving it on the side of the road a block later. He was alive when his mother was not.
He was alive when the gang he was running with shoved a knife into his chest.
And after that—
From a factual, scientific standpoint, he was dead.
But he doesn’t like to think about it more than he has to.
(Between taking his first breath and bleeding out in the snow, sometimes Jon isn’t completely sure that he’s ever lived at all.)

“The point is, Sansa knows that the world is going to end, regardless of how she feels about it.
It’ll happen one day. Maybe in a million years. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe in zero-point-zero-eight seconds.
She doesn’t want it to end while she’s still alone.”
