As a Leo I feel that my pride ruins some of my relationships (in both friend and love relationships). In the end my pride won't let me admit it was my fault.

We all have some pride, it works for us and against us. In your case, I would just advise you to seek what’s important. If a situation calls for you to put that pride to the side for the sake of growing a relationship, do it. You’ll grow as a person.
