For their first canon meeting, Deadpool threw Peter Parker out of a car and off a bridge. He was saved by the web-shooters he had under his civilian clothes. Of course, Deadpool had no idea it was him.

Fun fact : Wade had his eyes on Peter for maybe a few seconds, but six issues later, when we’re in the middle of Civil War and Spidey unmasks on national television, Deadpool recognizes him as the guy he flung off a bridge.
