So if you haven't been on the internet today, J.K.Rowling admitted earlier today that she doesn't think Ron and Hermione shouldn't have been a couple, you can read the story here: http://www.theguardian.com/books/2014/feb/02/jk-rowling-hermione-harry-ron-married So while I obviously understand that this is a controversial story amongst Harry Potter fans (myself included), I think that it's really honest of J.K.Rowling to be honest with the fans about her initial vision of the series as it allows us to see the initial thought processes gone through in order to write a such a fantastic series. However, I completely disagree.

Ron and Hermione are almost polar opposites. Ron is a loyal courageous simpleton while Hermione is a responsible cautious genius. It's this severe difference in characters that give Ron and Hermione such a poignant romance. It wouldn't be as powerful between Harry and Hermione because Harry have similar traits. Just look at that picture ^ it's almost too endearing for words.

So after seeing Cards Against Humanity being played by Sourcefed & Gamegrumps (on Table flip), I decided to try it out for myself. I cannot recommend this game enough, I have the UK edition, and as you can see, some of the answers are incredible. This game (and its creators) have an amazing sense of humor.

Finally got my hands on this fantastic collection of Sherlock Holmes stories by the legendary Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, really can't wait to start making my way through it.

So tonight I remembered there was a new episode of Sherlock on BBC Iplayer so I gave it a watch, I'm enjoying it, as is to be expected and then all of a sudden this scene comes on. I wasn't ready for these feelings Moffat, come on. But in all seriousness, this new series of Sherlock is absolutely fantastic.

While watching the final Harry Potter movie a few nights ago, during the scene in which the room of requirement is being destroyed by the fire, a rather sad idea became apparent to me. How many irreplaceable and invaluable artifacts were lost from the magical world, that once belonged to students/teachers of Hogwarts or anybody else that entered the Room of Requirement. It just adds to the loss of the battles throughout the last few films. Just a little food for thought.
