i'd love to join discord system communities but at the same time. it scares me /lh
the stories are 100% true
and I hate to say it as someone who is a system online, but the syscord community is absolutely not a safe place, sometimes there are hidden gems though.. you just have to get lucky,
using disboard to sift though communities can sometimes help tho, good luck on your search stay safe and don't be afraid to leave uncomfortable places <3

stg I see people complain about "oh I don't want to see (x) because of (y)"
so block them?
a person does not have to be problematic to merit a block,
here's my checklist, if you need to figure out whether or not you should block them.
□ are they saying things that conflict with your morals?
□ are they actively or inactively harming a person/ community?
□ are they creepy towards minors? (only applies if they're 18+)
□ do their posts make you unhappy?
□ are they talking about something they are clearly not educated on?
if you said yes to at least 1 of those things, you have a right to block them, trust your gut, if they give you a bad vibe, block them.
I block anyone who even sort of fits my checklist and I have never felt better,
its called a for you page for a reason, curate it to people and content you want to see. ^^
