Since I never introduced myself, I will now:

My name is Sam (he/him), and I'm an artist.

Here are some infos about my Zutara children :) Yes, it's a mess, and I hope you can read my handwriting 🥲🫠

When Kyan and Sora got older and discovered their bending, Zuko struggled a lot with who to pick to become fire lord. Kyan is the oldest but is a waterbender. Sora is younger but the only firebender. So who should he pick? During that time, Sora and Kyan are really... difficult. Kyan is trying his best so his father will pick him, because he really wants to be fire lord, while Sora is doing everything to not fit in. That's also why they both cut their hair short together.

Zuko ends up picking Kyan because he is the one who wants to be. He would never pick Sora against her will.

And I won't lie... Kyan is probably my favourite 🥹

Sora is a person who loves freedom. She travels the world a lot, likes to discover new things, etc. Later, Kyan ends up with a guy (he may be the biggest controversy, that has ever happened to the fire nation, Ik) , so the fire lord after Kyan will be the oldest child of Sora and Bumi

I think it isn't really canon during what time Iroh "dies." I used that freedom to make it pretty early, so when Zuko is like around 30/35. That's why she is called Ira.

While her brother is in the fire nation a lot, and her sister is travelling and kinda everywhere, she is a lot with her parents and kinda switches between the fire nation and water tribe.

Oh and she's actually the one who is the most like her father. And she has a lot from Azulas old clothes
