With apologies for the short notice, class is cancelled this morning (Sunday 12th March 2023) due to illness!

We're doing a fun new activity suggested by @grow_mama_grow from the Aikido Dojo Network Discord!

Every fortnight we pick a random technique and members of the group record themselves doing that exercise. Everyone gets to see the unique variations across all the styles represented in our pretty diverse group of aikido friends!

This is katate kosa dori kotegaeshi (or ai hanmi katate dori kotegaeshi).

Look out for other variations and future techniques from the rest of the crew!!! 😁
