Wow! Your Kiran is so unique and amazing to look at! Will your Kiran still have that name? I tried for my OC, but I changed his name eventually to Amaruq, a crossover character with ATLA and LOK with FEH/FE series.

My Kiran actually has a LONG... LONG!!!! history. I initially made them back when the game first dropped back in 2017 (almost 10 years ago..... disintegrates).

My idea, which has pretty much stayed the same for almost 10 years, is that Kiran got isekai'd and Breddy basically bestowed it Askr's Divine Dragon Blood. They used to look like a NORMAL HUMAN BEING but then when the Divine Blood touched them their hair turned white, red eyes, markings, etc etc.
The concept itself started out as it just having its divine blood, and then acting as Askr's religious priest. The markings itself was supposed to grow and evolve as the story went on as a sort of thing that is 'taking over them'. I wouldn't go so far as to say full on corruption, but dubiously taking over them. It was before the Bruno story got fleshed out so I wanted it to be a reflection of Bruno being corrupted by Embla. But I have since changed the idea to be better. Maybe? Haha.
I took a break from the game and just evolved them into my own OC with their own separate story. Basically sticking with the same idea. Normal human touches a cursed sword, evil God corrupts them and possesses them. I like to throw Kiran into random games when I can like Baldur's Gate 3 or something like that.

It was around 2024 I started to go hard core into them being an Actual Living God. I went back into Fire Emblem Heroes recently and really like to play up that feature about Kiran. An unwilling shepherd to the sheep. In this case, I really liked the idea of someone who is fairly Catholic (agnostic, maybe) getting flung into a place with Norse Mythos and sort of grappling with that identity as a counterpoint of Jesus Christ. As Jesus, though not unwilling in his hand as the Son of God, he did have his moments of faith being tested (temptation by the Devil in the garden for one). [I am not Catholic, I just like Catholicism Mythos]
And I like corruption plots!
I tweak Kiran based on what AU I want to play with. Either the idea of them going through the canon Fire Emblem Heroes plot (not that corrupted, but a somewhat unwilling participant as Askr's God) or, recently more common, being a prisoner to Hel as a way to stop the war. The latter is an idea I play with a lot because it goes more into straight up Fallen territory. I even wrote a sort of extremely vague psychological horror story about it which you can read Here.

Another AU, which is a deeper cut into the Hel's prisoner, which is WAAAAAAY MORE indulgent I have, is being married off to Fafnir. And it is just absolutely self indulgent insane toxic people being toxic.

Kiran is still Kiran. Because I just loved the name so much and I have to appreciate my roots by keeping the name. Because I can never escape Fire Emblem Heroes.
