What’s a space laser?

Either a laser based in space and aimed at the earth, or a laser somehow powered by space (plasma, perhaps?), or a laser aimed at space. You can see why I have no plans for such a thing; even the idea is maddeningly vague.

I'm nothing of the sort. I had a plan, and I've accomplished it. That it took me nearly ten years is of no concern; it's done. It's not as though I have plans to build a space laser, or anything like that.

Indeed. All the concrete word I need is contained in that image. My plans have come to fruition at last, and the remainder of the will does not matter to me in the least. Perhaps you'll hear from yours eventually.

Details are scarce for the moment. It seems the will has set right much that George had torn asunder, but I care little for the contents. My primary concern, of course, is with my living arrangements.
