Anyone else noticing an influx of “Elriels are mean/toxic” takes? Makes me wonder are they suddenly “noticing” because more of us are pointing out the obvious endgame hints, or are they just trying to stir drama as the next book gets closer?

Am I the only one who doesn't think that 3 x 3 is 'boring' or 'predictable'? I think it's symmetrical, makes sense in the context of ACOTAR, and harkens back to the old fairy tales.

I think of it as a thread of destiny where all these people had to meet, get together, be born, be Made, and only then end up together. It's both prophetic and romantic.

I love the concept of 3x3. It feels complete to me. It’s weird to me that 2x2 end up together and then the last sister ends up with some random guy from a different court.

Elriel ending up together would ruin the whole series for you is crazy. You’re here for the ride, you’re not the author. It’s not Sarah’s fault you can’t pick up what she’s putting down. Do you know how to read or are we just looking at fan art and theories online?

Side note- they will make videos like this saying the books will suck or it’ll get one star but on the same breath claim elriels are the toxic ones.

If these books actually proved gwynriel and elucien were end game, I’d read them. It’s pretty simple. I wouldn’t stop the series because I thought Elain and Azriel would be a better fit even though there was nothing to prove them canonically
