i wanted to use frames of her lifting her arms in the air specifically, since that causes the heart to work harder to circulate blood there (i think).

these are primarily for myself, but anyone can use ─ no official diagnostic "proof" required. it is highly suspected that i either have POTS or something similar that aligns closely with the symptoms, and while testing recently the nurse commented that's what she thinks it may be.

just so everyone is aware, this blog supports bisexual butches & femmes, so bis & pans may use these (but please note that catra is solely a canon lesbian). also, as far as i'm aware, the orange/yellow flag tends to be more general, while the blue/purple one is lesbian-exclusive. i don't know how true this is, though. you can read more about it here.
