Does he fall in love with the prince? With sunglasses? With steel mask guy? With William? Or idk Dennis. Jeez guys love octagon so solid I actually don’t know who he’ll end up with. Like prob the prince tho idk

Had low expectations and ended up really really fucking loving this one. It’s not translated yet on webtoon tho. It’s on Kakao Webtoon. I’m really enjoying both sides of the story so far. I also like that the romance isn’t super forced too. (Actually not sure it’ll end in romance but regardless…)

Nothing all that romantic has happened so far and I kinda like that they’re just bonding right now instead of rushing into “oh my god our hands touched! My hand physically repels all others like we’re both North magnets, but you??? Your hand graced mine so we must be soulmates awooga” ahh shiet.

Shingun, a broke mechanic swindler tries to con the wrong person, that of whom ends up being the infamous Merciful’s gang member Jake Gillan. (No debt or anything, Jake just kinda gives Shin a job and money and his life on a platter…)

Jake is so down bad and I rly love seeing Shin match his freak. And yes Jake is a certified freak. Their dialogue is just foreplay lowk.

And no I have no idea what Jake’s problem is, he’s just like that.

The story is confusing for as long as Shin is confused and clears up when he’s in the know. Idk take that how you want 🤷‍♀️

Absolute banger y’all. Has a good mix of all the emotions to make you feel, and it’s well written. Just like real people, you have get to know them to love them but ahhh they’re so heavy on my heart.

I’m excited for more and I wish I could have volumes of this on my bookshelf

Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts

Watched this awhile ago and it was everything Star vs the Forces of Evil was pretending to be

(Star committed mass universal genocide, and the show acted like that solved all their problems and just bcuz a few cosmic beings were like "bro yah i understand nerf me bcuz ur just a baby that's so tired of politics, murder solves everything" doesn't change the fact she killed innocent lives that had no knowledge of what she was about to do) (also how did ponyhead even survive?? )(maybe just the power of promoting fascism to children idk)

I wish more people talked about this one bcuz it's a wonderful dystopian people vs. government (in a way, just watch) depiction.

Also the first kids show l've seen in maybe ever actually to include the dialogue "I am gay" from a main character. And they don't make it his whole personality nor do they conveniently forget about him being gay after mentioning it once and it happened in the beginning. (Edit: sht wait no there was another cartoon to give us gay, i gotta remember the title and than I’ll yap)

I do have some minor issues but this show is still a breath of fresh air if ur sick of

"revolution" stories that are actually just kicking u in the face and laughing... (cough cough arcane, cough cough legend of Korra)

Yes another movie about a badass woman destroying her abuser.

Synopsis: a woman tries to escape her abusive partner when he starts using his high tech invisibility gear to stalk and harass her. Everyone thinks she’s crazy until it’s too late. Except she’s badass and wins. Okay yes spoiler but all the people that would love this won’t watch it if it’s just another horror movie where a woman is brutally murdered okay.

One of my all time fave movies.

It’s about this woman who’s husband and son are shot dead in the crossfire of a local gangs drug war, so when the cops don’t do anything: she hunts down and murders every one in the gang, forming herself into a vigilante for the people bcuz everyone is also fed up with the authorities not doing enough.

It’s actually been awhile since I watched this but I was enthralled. It’s rated kinda low but that always happens when a movie pisses off incels

Free therapy if you hate how misogynistic majority of sitcoms are. Essentially hate mail to Kevin Can Wait, it’s about the wife’s perspective being trapped with these narcissistic male abuser main characters (Ross Geller, Ted Mosby, Sheldon Cooper, etc).

Seeing her befriend the “one of the boys” woman? Free therapy. Bi rep? Free therapy. I didn’t have high hopes but the show was amazing. And Kevin dies at the end which… I just can’t even express the amount of joy I feel over that.

Synopsis: asshole detective gets demoted for being homophobic in an arrest and has to do street cop duties as punishment. While picking up evidence after a car chase he picks up a red envelope that marks him as the destined husband of a male ghost. After a lot of defiance he finally just accepts the ghost marriage and the ghost helps him on a huge drug bust mission.
