I went into reading Lady Like by Mackenzi Lee with a grain of salt since I was worried the story would still end up revolving around men despite being a sapphic romance (plus, regency romance is getting old for me). But one of the mcs (the one based on Anne Lister of all people?!????) immediately sleeps with a man 60 pages in. It’s off the page and generally a passing thing but????????? And then I see people calling it a lesbian romance??????? It just took me so by surprise given how Harry was represented up to that point
