          “I’m used to the weather being this hot, for various circumstances, but aren’t you wrapped up a little too much?” Concern crinkled his brow and he brushed stray hairs from his vision. “You might get heat stroke...”

          “Curious,” the HELLSPAWN mused, quirking his head to the side. “You give off a different... aura than I’m used to. Am I wrong to believe you’re not human?”

          “Your eyes will turn red,” he cooed, “if you keep crying like that.” Slender fingers brushed away JUUN’s tears as the BEING smiled and placed a kiss on his cheek. “I know you missed me,but it pains me to see you looking like you thought you’d never see me again.”

          A quirk of his brow was followed by a chuckle, and he smiled at NIVEN as he brought their faces closer. “Hm… Perhaps I should consider dieting so that we can do it more often, then.”

The rush of blood visible on his cheeks, eyes almost a little teary; but he tried not to cry at all, how silly it would be. Feet were carrying him faster than expected towards the other one, not caring in the slightest about the confused look on Sapphyrus features. Mere inches away he almost threw himself into his arms, hands tangling around his neck, face buried into his soft hair; body pressing flush against him. "y-you're back.."

          Shock overcame the BEING as he saw his companion approaching with tears in his eyes, feeling a conflicted mix of emotions until he was met with the weight of a hug, and his voice trilled with the resonance of a laugh. Gentle and reassuring, SAPPHYRUS patted JUUN’s back before his own emotions crashed into him in overwhelming waves and he was embracing the male tightly in his arms, eyes shut tightly to prevent his own tears from falling. “I am. I missed you, JUU.”

Business trips were always difficult for the HELLSPAWN because they entailed travelling to foreign areas in order to examine the vastly different breeds of flowers and herbs that other areas had to offer, and that meant long trips across the country, or even to other countries completely.
