So I'm not going to be like a broken record and tell you 8 glasses of water a day, because really you've been told that hundreds of times and are you drinking all of that? Some of you probably not. I try to just avoid sugary drinks. If I get bored with plain water I don't add any of those artificial flavourings. Crystal light, and Mio and all of those May taste good. But know matter what they say they are not good for you. I just love tea! And my favorite place is David's tea. I drink at least 4 cups of tea a day. I have many flavours to choose from so I never get bored! And then theirs plain water, of I add fruit, like lemons. And I'm not saying I never drink sugary drinks. Of course I do, just not crazy amounts. It's winter. And as I am in Canada our climate is extremely dry. And just like your internal organs, your skin which is the largest organ of your body needs to be kept moisturizer as well. I love the hempz line of moisturizers! They keep my skin from getting dry, and they're not greasy. Since my hands are in water all the time they get quite a bit dryer, we have a local market where a lady sells, and makes her own cosmetics! And I just love her aloe shea lotion! It also contains coconut oil, olive oil, peppermint oil and patchouli. And it works amazingly! Now for my face. I absolutely can't stand drug store products. But my whole family swears by the olay complete daily moisturizer with SPF 15. My 80 year old gramma, as well as her mother have used it since they were teens and neither one has many wrinkles. Sure it could be genetics but who knows! So just remember to stay hydrated inside and outside and keep your natural beauty!
