You are so beautiful.  If only Peter had met you instead of Elizabeth he might still be here!  We'll never know but you're so pretty.  I would imagine you inspiring him.  But definitely not her.   I don't know what he saw in her.  She looks so old and brittle.  And if it's true she got him into drugs shame on her.

This makes me very sad to see.  The drugs and alcohol really aged him beyond his years.  He looks so tired.  The fire is gone.  I will always remember him in his prime.

The Older Woman?

Now that I can look at Elizabeth's photo I think she was older than Peter.  It looks like she has cheek implants.  In the video her features are very sharp and her haircolor isn't flattering at all. 

In the photo she looks ok but the video she comes across like an aging dominatrix.

Peter Steele and Elizabeth H.

Peter and Elizabeth were together for over a decade. Much of Peter’s love and adoration for Elizabeth were inspired by her for the October Rust era.  After finding out that she had cheated on him (but was also married) World coming down was influenced by Peter’s heavy emotions. Even though quite a few fans hate her for inflicting such emotional pain onto Peter, she did inspired him to write some of the most sublime songs you will ever hear.

I'm glad I can now see who Elizabeth was.  It's too bad Peter didn't realize that if someone cheats with you they'll eventually cheat on you.  Ten years is way too long to reach that realization.

I think Peter is criticizing able bodied people who refuse to work for a living.  The interviewer's remarks are so typical and I was glad to see Peter come right back at him and continue to speak his mind.

Standards for achievement are essential

An A.A.  degree from a community college does not guarantee a job.  A B.A. or a B.S. from a 4 year university does not guarantee a job. 

An internship does not always lead to full-time employment.

Knowng someone might help in getting the interview or maybe even the job but keeping it depends on one's own efforts and the quality of ther contribution to the workforce.

I'm not against having greater access to further education but we need to be real about what is involved if it is going to have value to the person and society.

There have to be standards in place to gain access to higher education.  The applicant must graduate high school with a reading level at 12th grade  or higher.  Math, Science and English language skills must also be at high school level.  Overall average for admission to community college should be at least 75-80% (C+ to B). 

Without some standards community colleges risk becoming yet another half-way house for people with poor skills who drift through remedial courses that are supposed to bring them up to the point they should be at when admitted.  Having such a pool of under achievers defeats any value the community college diploma would have to a prospective employer.

The matter of what a community college will offer also needs to be practical.  Coursework should be geared towards professional training that can take the graduate right into the workforce or else move competently on towards a four year university.

Standards must be maintained to ensure the degree has meaning.  The graduate has to earn the degree.

I believe in equal opportunity but the person getting the opportunity should rise and fall on the merits of their performance. The government cannot legislate outcomes.
