Before work tonight, I did some meal prep. It took 3 hours. While doing this I loved that I haven't actually cooked anything in months. The official diet starts tomorrow. Working night shift will kinda throw off with I eat, but I'll make it work. Tonight at work and last night I cheated on my calorie count. I drank a lot last night and tonight I had a soda and chips and drip. Day 0 was kinda a cheat day. Tomorrow it's time to get focused.

Time to get back on track. This time last year I was in the best shape of my life. But with a break up, starting night staff in the ER, and losing my Nana, I lost track of my fitness goals and gained 35lbs. It's time to get serious. I look forward to this journey
Hey everyone! We made it safely to Iceland. We are in the city of Reykjavik. Reykjavik is the capital and most populated city. We decided to rent a car so that we'd have more freedom to explore. Our host Daniel is very near. There is another couple staying here as well. They are a older couple from Canada. Today we explored the city, went to an old Lutheran church, and did the driving tour of the golden circle. The golden circle is a road that has highlights of some of Iceland's best geological features. We went and stay the fault line in the tectonic plates that separates Europe and America. The next feature was the geyser that was the name sake of all other geysers. Lastly we saw gullfoss falls. Tomorrow we are going hiking on a glacier!! I'm so excited. This country is so beautiful.
